The small appliances weren't great; the hairdryer was just so-so, and the kettle only filled halfway after use. Service: There was a butler, and a big thank you to Butler Elsa for her help. On the last day, I somehow got an upset stomach, and she helped me order takeout and medicine, brought them to my door, and even packed some plain congee for breakfast. So thoughtful!"

"Wuxi Ruiting West Lake View Room is absolutely stunning! It's right next to Lihu Lake, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an unobstructed view of the entire Taihu Lake scenery. The sunset over the lake in the evening creates an incredible ambiance. As a five-star hotel, the facilities are top-notch, with comfortable bedding and a separate wet/dry bathroom. The Acca Kappa toiletries are a luxurious touch. The thousands of square meters of pillar-less banquet halls are perfect for events, and the buffet breakfast includes local specialties like Wuxi xiaolongbao and Aozhao noodles. The parking lot has ample spaces, and you can walk to the lakeside scenic area. It's an excellent choice for a relaxing lake view vacation and definitely worth revisiting! We also had a dedicated butler, Fanfan, who anticipated our needs perfectly. They clearly have a strict SOP in place. It's a fantastic complex overall; for exploring Taihu and Lihu Lake, you can't go wrong here. I also want to praise the lobby service – there was a lady constantly offering various teas like ginger tea and oolong tea, as well as other beverages, providing thoughtful service. The gentlemen at the entrance also proactively helped with luggage and opened doors. For this price, this service, and this view, I have no regrets. A big thank you to all the service staff for their hard work."

The hotel is conveniently located between the two attractions, making it easy to get around, and there are charging stations right outside."

They were very considerate throughout. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, with elegant decor. The public areas were spacious and bright, making it safe and comfortable for our family with elders and children. Our room was very spacious; the whole family could move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring everyone slept soundly. The room was exceptionally clean; even the corners were spotless, the bathroom was odor-free, and all amenities were provided, demonstrating the hotel's high standards of hygiene. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the view was great; the children were delighted as soon as they entered. The hotel is very family-friendly, with safe and practical facilities. The corridors and public areas were quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including Chinese and Western dishes, hot dishes, and pastries. The ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted good, satisfying the different tastes of the whole family. The children ate with gusto, and the elderly also found it very enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around, explore, and dine. The staff we encountered along the way were all very polite, greeting us proactively and patiently answering any questions we had. Their service was excellent. This family trip was very enjoyable because of the comfortable and hassle-free accommodation. Junlan Hotel is particularly suitable for family travel in terms of environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It offers great value for money and a safe and comfortable stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends traveling with family – you won't be disappointed!"

"We were extremely happy with the hotel! Even though it's quite old, it was still very clean. A group of friends and I booked seven connecting rooms. The kids just loved playing and swimming at the hotel, so much so that we didn't even bother going to see the performances at Nianhua Bay. The package we bought included tickets to Nianhua Bay, breakfast, and dinner buffet, so it was pretty good value for money. We finally got to explore Nianhua Bay the next day. The scenic area is beautifully designed, and there weren't many people around. A lot of the shops were closed though, which made it feel a bit deserted. But staying in such a lovely environment was truly wonderful, and it was even better with all our friends together."
