"Facilities: The overall facilities in the room are quite new; it doesn't feel like an old hotel. The bathroom has a separate sliding door and is separated from the bed by a wall, which provides good sound insulation and privacy. There's a full-length mirror. The hairdryer is very powerful. Service: During the May Day holiday, they offered a short fireworks display in the evening, which was very impressive and significantly enhanced our stay. The greeters at the main entrance were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a buffet with a rich variety of dishes. Environment: The hotel's public areas are very beautiful and upscale. There are also accompanying dining options, which is convenient. The front desk mentioned that Jichangxuan (a restaurant) requires guests to queue in person, but it would be better if in-house guests could make phone reservations. Drawbacks: ① The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. While it didn't cause a major issue, it was definitely present. ② The room doors are quite heavy, and opening and closing them makes a loud noise, so you can hear other rooms' doors. ③ The disposable slippers were of average quality, with thin soles that weren't non-slip. Every time I stepped onto the small ledge in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable."

"My stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Wuxi was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The room was spacious and elegant, with a soothing and soft decor that truly helped dissipate my travel fatigue. I particularly enjoyed the Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, which connected seamlessly and delivered warm, full sound with rich, soft bass, and clear, transparent vocals and instrumental details. Sitting by the window, listening to some light music with the city view outside, brought an overwhelming sense of relaxation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. The hotel's service was attentive and thorough throughout, making my entire stay wonderfully comfortable and effortless. It's definitely a top choice for a relaxing retreat in Wuxi."

"The location is fantastic, super close to Nanchang Street, and surrounded by local snacks. The hotel is right on the street, so transportation is incredibly convenient. A special thanks to小姐姐 (Miss) #23 at the front desk – she was so enthusiastic and helped us solve so many problems. When we checked out, she even thoughtfully gave us a small parting gift. "I absolutely *have* to give a shout-out to Songpin Hotel! This is seriously an underrated gem. The hotel's environment and scenery are breathtaking; the entire place feels like a serene Jiangnan garden – so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. We stayed in a standalone villa, and the room was incredibly spacious, fully equipped, and supremely comfortable. With kids, they could easily spend the whole day playing in the room without getting bored. A special commendation goes to the hotel's service. Every single staff member was so friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely choose to stay here again! (We originally planned to stay for just one day, but as soon as we entered the room, we immediately extended our stay for two more days!)"

"A super awesome B&B [Wow] The environment is so beautiful. The location of the B&B is not remote, and it is very close to Lingshan Giant Buddha and Nianhua Bay Scenic Area. Every staff in the B&B is very warm and thoughtful. The afternoon tea provided is very rich, and the housekeeper's freshly ground coffee is also very fragrant. In the evening, I had an authentic Sichuan hot pot in the garden of the B&B, which was amazing."

The pillows and mattresses are all high-end products. It is very comfortable to sleep. Unfortunately, Pillows are not sold. There is a sofa and ashtray at the elevator entrance, which is very considerate. There will be no cigarette smell in the room. The breakfast is simple and delicious. Highly recommended!"

The noodles and wontons for breakfast are delicious; the noodles are specially ordered, and the auntie said a bowl of Fu Fu noodles tastes just like childhood! The rooms are simply yet elegantly decorated and comfortable, very clean, and the front desk staff are all very welcoming and friendly—it feels like coming home. Whenever I'm in Wuxi, I always stay at their place. The key is that it's truly comfortable and spacious. The washer-dryer combo in the room is very powerful, the same model as Atour, washing and drying quickly; I can have dry clothes in just an hour, which is very convenient."
