Overall, I was quite satisfied. Randy, who checked me in, was very polite and professional. He covered everything from the hotel's features to parking and invoicing, and even told me I just needed to leave the room key when checking out the next day. The breakfast tasted good, with a decent variety, and the noodles were especially delicious."

We received welcome fruits upon arrival, and purple rice porridge was delivered as a late-night snack. Although the ancient town is small, the scenery is absolutely beautiful. It has all the elements of a classical Suzhou garden, and it's quiet with few crowds, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll and a deeper appreciation."

The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a huge convenience for exploring without being weighed down. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining and entertainment super easy.
