Hotel berhampiran Lingshan Scenic Spot, Wuxi

This is a beautiful hotel, although they could use some upgrades on the design of the rooms. The service was absolutely amazing, thank you to Jessie Xue who went above and beyond on our requests. The environment is so relaxing and the views are amazing! Will definitely be back to visit!

Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

Everything is good , clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed staying there. Hotel staff was so polite to me.

1.酒店位置佳，步行5分鐘就可到八佰伴商場，我們兩天吃飯，逛街都在裏面，特別方便。 2.酒店房間大，寬敞，整體整潔大方，各種設施用起來順手，乾淨。而且酒店東面很大一塊小童遊樂場地，小朋友很喜歡。 3.自助早餐還不錯，麪那邊的鴨血超好吃，阿姨們和前台姐姐們也很nice。唯一美中不足的就是雖然我們房間在9樓，可一到10點以後邊上的酒吧熱鬧起來，睡眠還是會受到影響。 總體來講，瑕不掩瑜，會推薦給身邊朋友。

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Super hotel, great location, as only a 5-minute walk from Wuxi East railway station, lovely clean, modern room. Only frustration for my visit was that only 1 of the 2 lifts was working, and this was very, very slow. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always smiling and helped may my stay enjoyable

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.

Most of the staff was helpful and professional. I am a Foreigner and one girl at the front desk just laughed at me the whole time which was really annoying. But every one else was pleasant and efficient
