I don't know why, but the room was upgraded as it's different from what i was shown. It's spacious, cosy and the bird eye view was spectacular. The room has a huge TV soft and comfy queen bed, jacuzzi, separate toilet and bathroom. What was even cooler was the robot that delivered our water when we requested for extra bottles. Breakfast was continental and yummy! I really would love to relive the experience in the nearest future.

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Usuites, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay! The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

Lovely hotel! Very clean and beautiful environment. Breakfast is fantastic, but in the busy season, you should arrive as early as possible for breakfast otherwise you may have a long wait to get in.

A wonderful hotel in such a location! It was my first visit to Huashan, and this hotel made my stay very comfortable. I arrived at night, and the hotel owner came to pick us up and even dropped us off back to the train station. The hotel is situated on an ancient street, surrounded by several barbershops and a few restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

The location was ideal, you are very high up and away from the noise but in the center of the city right above the malls and shopping. Was easy to navigate, super clean and the staff were helpful. The staff spoke English for all my international travelers. I recommend getting the breakfast it was buffet style and sooo good.

Very clean place and snack right in the city of WuXi. It’s in a High rise commercial building. Like a mix development of condo. Beside it is the shopping mall. I was given level 40 giving me an eye level view of the city. The best thing is you can see sunrise when you wake up (see picture). Seeing sunrise while enjoying your coffee. Very high tech room, no cards for door, you are given pin. don’t need to worry about losing the room card. Overall I think this is very good for travellers of all type. Unless you are looking for 5 star hotel kind of service level. If not this is very good. One disadvantage is, there is only 4 lift serving so many floors or unit, if one of the lift breaks down then the waiting time for life can be long. Things to note: There is no signboard of this apartment shown at the building, you just alight at the building beside Sanyang plaza shopping centre and walk in the commercial tall building and go to level 29. That’s the check in location

Super hotel, great location, as only a 5-minute walk from Wuxi East railway station, lovely clean, modern room. Only frustration for my visit was that only 1 of the 2 lifts was working, and this was very, very slow. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always smiling and helped may my stay enjoyable
