非常乾淨，非常好，前台工作人員也很友好，看我們帶着孩子，主動幫我們升級了房間。早餐也很豐富，孩子很喜歡。酒店附近有梅里古鎮，走路可到。酒店旁邊就有超市和水果店，非常方便。離機場不遠，打的十來分鐘。原本要趕第二天的早班飛機選擇的這裏，沒想到周圍吃飯遊玩很方便，還看了場電影。下次趕飛機，還選擇這裏。

這家的價格勉強可以接受。設施，衞生和服務一如既往地好，衹是位置稍偏，離市中心有點遠，好在地鐵站和公交站的位置也還好。另外，辦入住的大堂小姐姐的熱心又加分不少，他們還貼心地送了小禮物。
房型很奇妙，進門是一個兩米多的走廊，再往裡走，弧形的衞生間和床和桌椅盡收眼底，有一種“別有洞天”的感覺。果然，漢庭的房間從沒有讓我失望過。

環境：周邊什麼也沒有，步行距離沒啥吃飯購物，相對不方便，不過外賣可以買到附近商場的。
服務：比較新的團隊，感覺還算有激情，不過經驗不足，不會的就復讀機一樣的讓我聯繫攜程，去過幾次，前一次前台可以打水單，下一次就不行了。還會找不到訂單，會態度很好的重複説著讓我聯繫攜程。餐廳員工上上下下很親切認真，點贊，不過，感覺西式早餐不會弄，有點樣子，但是，就是差點，例如一般法棍是蓋上餐布，防止變幹，有麪包刀，吃多少，切多少，現在是全部切好攤開擺着。有那種自動滾動烤麪包機，第一次去的時候，下面的接盤沒在，麪包會直接掉桌上，第二次就放上了。沙拉種類和佈置也不是很到位。感覺需要西式早餐培訓。有那種自己平時不吃，所以不知道吃西式早餐該怎樣。中式早餐樣式就比較多，但是感覺不如其他亞朵精緻好吃，有豆花，不過調料區應該要一樣一個勺，不然全部串味亂用。細節上，應該都是加強培訓能解決的。

衞生：一般，保潔阿姨可能不認真，杯子沒洗乾淨，枕頭也是套的反的。
環境：可以。就是窗簾漏光，房間620，希望酒店看到及時解決。
服務：反饋問題能得到及時解決，前台服務很好。
早餐:講真挺失望的，既然叫國際酒店，早餐品類數量還是提升下吧！！！

PPengguna TetamuWe had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed on the christmas night and it was wonderful. Xeniya was so helpful, professional and so friendly. She helped us a lot and meet out expectations. Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Check in and check out processes were smooth and thanks to sheryl. Breakfast had lot of variety with western and asian. Swimming pool wss great as well. Room was spacious and well equipped. I have no hesitation to recommend this and i suggest to reach out to Xeniya for any need during the stay. She will be very helpful and i am sure she will make the stay a memarable one

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean
Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

優點：1️⃣距離盪口東門很近，步行幾分鐘可達；
2️⃣早飯種類豐富，味道不錯。
缺點：1️⃣五一節假日也僅一名前台辦理入住，入住時接近晚上6點，還需等待阿姨打掃結束，效率很低
2️⃣舒適大床房位於三樓，沒有電梯需要爬樓，預訂時沒有提醒，行李較多的朋友請慎重考慮；

One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery.
Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment.
The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out.
The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so.
All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. 2) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful
3) Free laundry service provided
4) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby
5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.
