Ulasan Guolong Hotel

Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

Had stayed in the hotel a few times. Rooms are bigger and food at the restaurant are good. Reflexology service at the hotel was good after a tiring day.

One of the best hotels in our trips. They have everything for the comfortable stay: - delicious breakfast - swimming pool - gym - conference rooms - bid clean rooms - high professional staff We kindly recommend everybody.

There was only one set of soft pillows, which was very uncomfortable for people who used to sleep on one’s side. Suggest hotel to add a set of firm pillows.

Everything amazing but please be prepared to deal with lingering cigarette smokes

What a beat up place. Facilities were under reconstruction - mentioned nowhere unless on the spot. The facility you could use, the swimming pool, was such a gloomy, stinky, and moldy place! None of the showers worked properly. You could not use the lockers. And the floor was sort of sticky. Used the place once - that's it. The massage/spa floor was closed/dark all day long, nobody could explain why. Smoking lounge could not be used. Everywhere no smoking sign and everywhere Chinese people smoking inside the hotel. The humidor was meant for the boss to show off. No cigar supply at the place. Worst part: AC did not work - whatever setting you were using the room was always at moldy, stinking 24 degree Celsius, totally sticky with humidity. Clothes hangers were fixed with duct tape - this is what kind of hotel? Condoms next to cup ramen in the pantry cupboard, yummy. The breakfast included was mainly Chinese - Western style did not even include a reasonable coffee. In the restaurant all the plates were piled up on your table until you were finished - nobody bothered to clean up your table before you were done. Again, what kind of hotel is this and what kind of service would I expect? A lot more. Food is up to taste - I like Chinese food a lot, the Chinese food at the hotel, I did not like at all. The riverside view was great, though and the room service and preparation was the best. I would rate it at 4.5/5. By contrast, the overall policy e.g. the no smoking situation ****** and advertised amenities did not exist any more or could not be used at all. In conclusion to future trips to Wuzhou: I will not stay at this hotel again.

The service is good. The food is good. It is clean.

每次來梧州都選擇國龍，位置好，環境好，服務好！房間空間大，設計巧妙，讓你隨手都有放東西的地方，床很舒適，隔音效果好，能讓你安然入睡。早餐非常豐富，大堂也很氣派，前台很有禮貌，門僮很主動幫忙拿行李。過年到梧州，真的好開心😊！

房間還可以，基礎設施勉強對得起“高檔”二字。但服務體驗……實在不敢恭維。 1️⃣ 關於退房體驗： 我明確和前台確認過2點退房，結果服務員完全不知情。**連續猛敲門，力度大得像要拆門一樣，完全沒有一點禮貌可言。**🤷♀️ 作為一家高端酒店，前台與客房部的溝通能不能專業一點？這種低級錯誤真的很影響體驗。 2️⃣ 關於餐廳服務： 不得不説，這是我去過服務最差的餐廳。 • 入座後等了20分鐘，催了服務員，結果她就走來走去，逛了一圈又一圈，依然沒人理會。 • 又等了10分鐘，服務員終於來了，告訴我：“你們的桌子還在排隊等下單。” （？？？這是我第一次聽説還要排隊才能下單的餐廳，好笑得離譜。）🙂 • 再等15分鐘，終於上了一道甜品，和我們真正點的菜完全無關。 如果餐廳實在忙不過來，能不能學學茶樓模式？推推車，阿姨直接上桌，效率比你們這樣走神強多了。 總結： • 房間：還行。 • 服務：餐廳和客房體驗雙雙踩雷。 • 建議：別光顧着掛“最好的”招牌，先把基礎服務搞好再説。 體驗完衹想説，號稱再好，服務差也白搭。👎

環境，衞生，地理位置都不錯，停車場車位比較充足，比較多充電樁車位，對新能源車比較友好，但沒有監管，晚上較多位置被油車霸佔了，不太合理。另外，入住加錢加床了，但衞浴用品沒有一併送過來，孩子連牙刷都沒有

一個大大超過預期的酒店，從門口禮賓熱情的接待，到前台，餐廳的禮貌周到的服務，體會到了廣西人的賓至如歸的感覺。由於我來自於北方，怕冷，所以提前給酒店打電話，酒店非常貼心的幫忙安排了電暖器，非常温暖，我覺得空調也是置暖的，否則一個電暖器不會每個角落都是熱的。房間寬敞、明亮視野好，乾淨整潔，住着非常舒適，是一個離店後念念不忘的酒店。 強烈推薦，期待有機會再來梧州，再住國龍 廣西去過很多次，每一次都給我不一樣的驚喜 作為爾濱出來的新北京人，熱烈歡迎廣西同胞來爾濱、北京👍㊗️ 非常感謝國龍大酒店的熱情接待，在瞭解到我吃中葯的情況還特意給我送了果盤解苦，很温暖，謝謝👍🤣👍
