The hotel environment is excellent, and the service staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful. One staff member, in particular, named Vivian, stands out. Her mother tongue is English, which makes her a great help to foreigners. She is incredibly kind, nice, beautiful, and has a truly kind heart.
