Ulasan Elegant Hotel of Xi'an Big Wild Goose Pagoda

Having a great time at this hotel so far, the room is a total steal for the price. I especially love the tub by the window with the chaise lounger both overlooking the streets below. I booked the room while the hotel is renovating their restaurant perhaps the price was further discounted, but even without the convenience of the hotel restaurant there's plenty of food options, convenience stores, and the pagoda all within walking distance. Service is excellent, props off particularly to Lisa 李圓圓 at the front desk being incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests for more soft drinks and answering all my questions about the hotel's services and the area in general with patience and attention. The 5th floor manager / cleaning lady has also been extra thorough and even left a note with a hard warmer packet on my table.

The hotel environment is not bad, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and will help take luggage, the lobby manager Jenny introduced the hotel and will also provide tea and water, fruit was delivered to the room, the lobby has🤖The robot is very novel, the room design is unique, clean and neat, the facilities are perfect, and the atmosphere is warm. Checking out is very convenient and quick, and Xiao Li saw that we were from abroad and gave us Xi'an souvenirs. The scenic spot is very close, and they are a chain hotel that we will choose next time. The reception needs to be to improve on their friendliness as when we check in they were not very friendly. The rest including the Housekeeping Sister Wang Yong Hui, Travel Agent Zhou Yan and Concierge Zhang Lixian was very good.

15mins walk from 大雁塔 爱你的20mins walk to Sega mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend

This hotel has a great location really close to the Wild Goose Pagoda and a couple of different malls with a variety of restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to me during my stay as well. Don't pass up the chance to stay here.

The location is quite convenient, and the room is comfortable.

Good room size and items in room. Breakfast was OK. Several light switches and the bidet toilet did not function correctly.

酒店房間設計配色有個性，位置在大雁塔附近，入住前會有管家提前聯繫，管家Anna 提前打電話詢問到店時間安排房間，提前告知酒店裝修情況，房間有免費下午茶，入住期間管家Anna 還有給房間贈送水果和蒸汽眼罩，幫忙延遲退房，服務很貼心

酒店服務很好，我們入住的時候因為定的房型是靠邊的，所以管家Lisa幫我們申請了免費升級，升成望塔閣，可以觀景的房間，體驗還不錯，房間大小也合適，觀景效果也很好，第二天我們又續住了一晚，管家小姐姐還給我們準備了小禮物，還有果盤暖貼這些，非常貼心，服務很周到，總的來説住的很滿意

這次入住雅緻酒店，整體感覺不錯，管家loop和Abby 提前打電話聯繫詢問入住需求，並且安排房間，這裏的位置好服務好，管家服務熱情周到，辦理入住會提供薑茶和毛巾服務熱情周到，大廳環境很好設計也不錯，房間設施齊全，管家還給房間送了果盤和紀念很推薦，服務很好的酒店推薦

酒店的服務很好，我們又一次入住雅緻酒店，管家abby和loop的服務特別好很熱情周到，我們房間送了紀念品和水果很不錯，在我們入住期間還延遲退房不錯，酒店位置很好，後面就是西安電影製片廠，下次還會再來
