Hospitality in staying at the Hampton by the Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower North Street. Not just the front desk staff but the cleaner aunties also very friendly and helpful

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a true haven of relaxation after a busy day exploring the city. Another big plus was the hotel's willingness to accommodate our late check-out request. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, especially after a long trip. The hotel's location is also unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, we were within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.

No direct access to hotel lobby as there is a bicycle lane right in front of hotel. Cab had to stop further away from hotel entrance and we had to drag our luggage and walk back to hotel. Service is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and clean. Currently hotel has ongoing renovation (Apr 2024) but the noise didn’t bother us as we were not in hotel during the day. Subway nearby so that is a plus as we used that to bypass the traffic jam outside. You can also choose to walk to the Ancient Wall, Drum and Bell Tower.

酒店地理位置好幾分鐘就是地鐵站，地鐵有1號和2號去哪裡都很方便。 雖然酒店大堂在4樓，但我們踏進一樓就有服務人員幫按了上行的電梯，整個辦入住可以説很絲滑。 前台服務人員認真仔細的介紹酒店的大致情況，並告知如你退房的時間很早的話，衹要提前一天告知前台，他們提供打包早餐讓你帶走，這點很人性化，酒店服務人員有問必答這個很贊。 我訂的是豪華雙床房含早餐（早餐品種豐富）房間面積比較寬敞，衞生間設計合理且大，整體是乾淨的。 這一次入住希爾頓歡朋還是滿意的，覺得酒店在各個方面都做得很好，性價比很好。

這次帶家人來西安，先是訂的親子房，後來晚上發現空調冷凝水漏水，工程人員當時緊急處理了一下。第二天早上，酒店馬上免費升級了房型，還送了水果。特別感謝7樓的客房服務員唐劉娟，非常熱心、周到。總之這次入住非常滿意，下次來西安還會選擇這家店。
