Ulasan Hefei Lianghuai Swan Lake Hotel

The hotel service was great. While it's a bit old, it's still very clean. I had originally intended to book the Swan Lake Hotel, but only realized upon check-in that I had booked the Lianghuai Swan Lake Hotel instead. The names are quite misleading.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The overall service, from the warm reception at the front desk in the lobby, to the thoughtful and attentive room service, to the delicious food in the restaurant (the only drawback was no main dining area, so I had a private room all to myself, which felt a bit unusual 😂), and the genuine smiles from the concierge, truly cured all my fatigue from the day. The front desk staff the next day also gave suggestions from my perspective as a guest. The warm and friendly service was genuinely healing. Thank you all for making my trip so pleasant 😊

The room was very clean, and you could tell it's an established, older hotel. It's a great choice for a business trip. Breakfast was also very abundant, with local specialties.

The hotel isn't brand new, but it's perfectly fine. The high floors offer great views, though breakfast is just so-so. Taxis are easy to catch. Overall, it's a good experience for a business trip.

This is a high-end hotel in Hefei, and I was quite satisfied with everything. The service was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is served until 10 AM. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they even have robots to deliver takeout.

This hotel is an established name in Hefei, with a nice environment, though there's some road construction nearby recently. I booked a room with two breakfast coupons, and my child's breakfast was purchased separately. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the taste is pretty good, quite decent overall.

The Lianghuai Swan Lake Hotel is located in the beautiful Swan Lake Municipal New Area of Hefei, just 400 meters from Metro Line 4, making transportation very convenient. As a five-star hotel, its facilities are comprehensive, yet the prices are quite reasonable. I tried the buffet breakfast and the gym, and both experiences were good. The morning shift housekeeper on the 13th floor on October 7th was very nice; she noticed I had trouble drying clothes and proactively set up a drying rack for me by the window, which I really appreciated. When checking out on October 8th, I filled out a satisfaction survey, and the hotel took it seriously. The lobby manager later called me specifically to address my feedback. I believe with this kind of dedication, the hotel's service will continue to improve. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would book again if I have the chance.

Room upgrade subject to availability: Booked a standard room with the kids, got upgraded upon check-in. The facilities are great, everything is clean, and there's even an extra duvet. The room is very spacious, service is excellent, and the breakfast is rich and varied, with particularly delicious fruit.

The environment is good, and the location is excellent, quite bustling and lively, and close to the Anhui Museum, which is really convenient if you're driving. The lobby is grand and opulent. The room itself was generally fine, though a bit damp, and some of the facilities are showing their age. However, considering the price, it's acceptable for a five-star hotel. Thanks to Trip.com, I got a free room upgrade. Breakfast was good, but the management is very strict – two breakfasts means exactly two, and children have to pay extra. Maybe I'm just being naive, and if that's the rule for a five-star hotel, I'll abide by it and won't consider it a problem. But having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Are the doormen at five-star hotels just for show? Or do you have to tip them? Guests have to carry all their luggage themselves.

Overall, I had a great experience at the Huaian Swan Lake Hotel. The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff had a good service attitude. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from the Anhui Museum and Swan Lake. It's really good value for money!
