Ulasan Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel

Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya di sebelah Stesen Longshouyuan Metro Line 2, terdapat kolam renang di tingkat lima, dan terdapat juga Longshou Impression City berdekatan, yang sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan hotel disediakan, bilik-biliknya serba lengkap, malam yang tenang, dan kualiti tidur yang baik.

Hotel ini sangat bagus. Ia hanya pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah dan ia sangat mudah untuk perjalanan. Terdapat Pasar Malam Jalan Merah di sekitar tempat makan, yang sangat meriah. Perkhidmatan hotel sangat bagus👍. . . Sarapan pagi pun sedap sangat😋. . .

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

The hotel is located next to subway station which is convenient to go anywhere. We went to lobby restaurant and VIP club for breakfast and both provided good food including local snacks. We also patronised the Chinese restaurant for Cantonese cuisine. Though we went there around 9pm owing to a long local tour that day, it served quality food with good service.It is a value for money hotel.

The hotel had very good location , next to the MRT and the Staff " Myra Ding" was so nice and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We will come here again if we vist XiAn.

Aircond is not satisfactory. Hot and take very long many hours to cool down but never achieve a comfortable temperature needed. Carpet in the room is not well cleaned

Absolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an and overall had a good experience, although there were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that there was no assistance provided beyond the usual passport verification during the check-in process. We were simply given our room key and left to find our own way to the room. To our disappointment, upon entering the room, we discovered a blood stain on the bed. This was obviously unacceptable and made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to language difficulties and the late hour of our check-in, we improvised by placing large towels on the bed. The following morning, we reported the issues with the check-in process and the unsatisfactory room condition to the manager. The manager, Sabrina, was very apologetic and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a cleaner room. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, they gifted us a bottle of wine and some fruits. Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday at the Sheraton Xi'an. The room service was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We would like to suggest that Sheraton pays attention to addressing these small hiccups, as mentioned above. Despite the initial issues, we ultimately had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Deco may need updating but it is still ok. Sound proofing is good. Location is great to go airport or bullet train. Room size is good.

Hotel is just next to Metro station exit. Walking distance to shopping malls and street food. Excellent customer service

Nice hotel, subway at 40 meters. Staff talks English very well. And nice breakfast.
