We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and especially by the staff. The check-in process went very smoothly and we were allocated a huge room! The room was inspired by Captain America and had a play area with a tent and the single bed sheets decorated with Captain America and huge stuffed animals. Special mention to Flora Feng, the Customer Service Manager, who visited us in our room and offered us a nice welcome kit. Not only that, but she helped us make reservations for our visit to the Terracotta Warriors due to our inability to use Chinese-only mobile apps. It was not her role but she helped us using her personal mobile phone with great involvement and willingness to help. They made us feel at home! The breakfast was very varied with lots of choice. Don't miss it!

I had an overall great experience at Titan Hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very clean and comfortable for my needs. The air conditioning was not working due to it being spring time and I was told it would start working in 2 weeks after my stay. Luckily the windows did open and it was a cool breeze that would come in. My only suggestion to the hotel was not to put guest that smoke on the same floor as the non smoking. In China many many people smoke. The hallway may have had the scent of smoke but my room never smelled like it. Otherwise this hotel was great near a metro station. Also the breakfast was great.

We came from England visiting Xi’an where we used to work and live 30 years ago. We originally booked four nights, and then extended one more night without hassle. The location, the bedding and the room service were all excellent. We were welcomed in our room with a basket of various snacks. We were provided with several bottles of drinking water every day, all to our great pleasure. The room was spacious. we were really very happy to have chosen this hotel. Thanks to the management and all the staff who have made our stay a memorable one.

I like the hotel very much it's very clean and Ellen Zhang is very nice and she helped me whenever i need something i like it so much i will always come to this hotel 🥰❤️

First of all, my room was upgraded to King Size upon check-in, and it was really huge. Then I realized there must be something wrong with the AC (or was I simply too ignorant to operate it), anyway, it wasn't a problem for long because I simply opened the windows. The front desk was nice and spoke to me in English so it made things easier to check-in. The cleaning ladies were also very kind and made sure my room was clean and tioletries refilled. Finally, it's a few steps away from the metro! Great value for money, will definitely stay again in the future!

Great breakfast. Very comfortable room, although perhaps some very minor repairs needed. Staff very nice. We were very happy to be able to have windows open, and the room has a small fridge. Located next door to metro station Yuxiangmen Line 1, giving easy access to Xiang Nortn/High Speed Rail station and airport., Bell Tower and other popular sites. Giant wall surrounding tbe original city only a 150m away. Walking the area is very easy, and pleasant.

It was great. Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast was great, and staff went out of their way to make this a great visit. This is just one more reason to love the city of Xi’an.

酒店就在地鐵口，出地鐵就到酒店，交通非常方便，對面就是古城牆，去景點很方便，附近有鼓樓，鐘樓，回民街，，前台小姐姐服務也很不錯，房間很寬敞!一樓有漢服粧造，漢服可以免費借穿，酒店房間乾淨、早餐豐富、有洗衣服務很方便，還送了一張咖啡券，總體體驗感非常好！

大堂寬敞明亮，讓人心情愉悦。床鋪睡起來超舒服，工作人員就像朋友一樣，隨時提供幫助。來這裏住，難道不是一種享受嗎？必須給個好評呀！

地理位置十分便利，房間設施完善，前台小姐姐和餐廳小姐姐都很熱情，窗外可以看見城牆，真的很不錯，對西安留下很好的印象，還送了很多小禮品，孩子很喜歡，點贊👍
