Seeing your fondness for our cold lotus root salad and your request for a recipe, we immediately consulted our head chef and prepared a special recipe just for you, a testament to your sweet tooth: Blanch fresh, crisp lotus root slices, then cool them. Heat oil in a pan with ginger, scallions, Sichuan peppercorns, and dried chili peppers, then pour it over the lotus root slices. Add sugar, salt, chicken bouillon, sesame oil, and white vinegar. Simply toss it all together for a crisp and flavorful experience! You can try it at home! Thank you again for your recognition.
