We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff and service were amazing, as was the room and the view on the 23rd floor. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful hotel super modern and very “chic” … rooms are like piece of art ! So comfortable and big ! Breakfast buffet is incredible and swimming pool with to stay few hours ! Excellent experience … maybe .. what missing a kids area ! (Playground !) .

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The pool is simply amazing and the overall service was excellent. Location was away from the main area but taxis didi readily available.

This was our first experience at a luxury hotel and our expectations were exceeded! Our driver, 张胜利, was our favorite! His personality and how he says “mei wenti” is a joke we tell even now we’ve moved on to another city. The hotel was modern and artistic with technology surpassing our expectations. The service during breakfast, dinner and in room dining was sooo good and the food was Michelin star. I am thinking of creating a blog about my experience. I honestly can go on and on but I recommend this hotel 1 thousand times. I will definitely stay again.

Our experience at the hotel was very satisfactory and especially the comfort. We had a photography session offered by the hotel. The photography session went really well with a very helpful team who listened to our expectations. The photos are very professional. The photographer was kind. The photo editing team knew how to make us happy. A big thank you to the team of photographers that I highly recommend and especially the hotel for the welcome and hospitality. This stay will be unforgettable for us because we were like on a cloud. We recommend it 100% for the passage to Xi'an there is no better!

Very beautiful hotel, gr free at breakfast buffet, very nice gym and swimming pool

Its a common sense that W is the best hotel in Xi’an , the only thing disappointed me is the hair dryer is not Dyson, you must press it continuously to keep it blowing. It used to be an all Dyson hotel. The rest is perfect, if you want a splendid view of Qujiang Lake and the urban atmosphere and that’s it. 这是一个常识，W是西安最好的酒店，唯一让我失望的是吹风机不是戴森的，你必须不断地按压它来保持它的吹风。以前这里全是戴森酒店。如果你想欣赏曲江的壮丽景色和城市的氛围，其他的都是完美的。

Nice hotel in a posh location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Some cafe and restaurants around it as well.

Great hotel and great service especially by housekeeping. Just a heads up if you ask the hotel's whatever/whenever desk for help to book things do some research beforehand and know your prices.

Everything is good . No bad comment. Best variety breakfast ever . Excellent service . But if the comfortable of the bed can be improved is the perfect room . The bed and the pillow are too soft . Not too comfy as other 5 stars hotels .

My 3rd time to Xi’an this year and my 3rd stay at W Xi’an. W maintained their high standards as usual. The room is great, view is nice, people are friendly, kind and professional . Located at the best location in the city, I can said W is the best hotel in this city. Special thanks to Kiki and Shawn during the help, they are keen to help and always put a smile on their face.
