Always a wonderful experience staying here. Big shout out to all the reception staff and other team members for their excellent service and a hospitality level that exceeds expectations.

Its clean and has good service. Breakfast was average. Location is good for travel by car too far to walk to the shops and restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful building and garden, but don’t expect 5 starts standards. The hotel needs a makeup

Hotel is old witb nice location. However, check in and breakfast usually have long lines. Elevators are not working properly for 5 star hotel. Bathroom draining and odour are terrible. I haven’t expected this situation for 5star hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially ZOUHAIR in breakfast service.

Choose this hotel because they have huge area for sun bathing, interior design is good, need to take the cab all around the city. Only thing hotel can improve is hotel guest left the sun bathing chair without taking away their towel so hotel guest came in the late afternoon may be so confuse to find the free chair. Hope that hotel can improve to monitor this better in the future

I had very good time and everything were wonderful

Had a terrible experience at Movenpick Hotel Marrakech. Initially given a noisy room, then moved twice due to dissatisfaction. Final room on the 5th floor faced a nightclub, disrupting sleep. Despite multiple complaints about noise and malfunctioning safe, no effective action was taken. Money was stolen, and the hotel's response was inadequate. Lack of cooperation in resolving the theft issue, and a demand to involve the police on our departure, added to the frustration. The offer of a complimentary night came too late and was declined. Poor service, disregard for guest satisfaction, and lack of accountability make me strongly advise against staying at this 5-star hotel.

Excellent breakfast and concierge service! Staff were very friendly in general. Room was clean but no toothbrush was available. Yoga class was good with reasonable price. Spa service could have been better if more explanations during the treatment were given. Perhaps a new pair of shorts after Hammam before massage.

Room needs improvement, Quite basic for 5 star, especially shower room/toilet. Gardens and lobby were amazing.

the hotel was super nice, beautiful hotel especially price/ quality. We spent a long weekend for my birthday. The staff was super nice and friendly. It was probably the best breakfast buffet I ever had. the pool was amazing. We had a room on with a view on the pool. The room was ok. Overall it was a very nice stay at Movenpick Marrakech. The hotel is located in Hivernage, to walk to the medina is approximately max 30 min. by taxi 5 min.
