This Meihau Hotel has an excellent location! It's right next to the subway exit, Kaiyuan Mall, and the Bell Tower. You can walk to Muslim Street and the Drum Tower, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby like Wei Jia Liang Pi and Chang'an Grand Theater! The hotel honored my request for a quiet room not in a corner, and even provided a complimentary breakfast for my child. Any issues we had during our stay were addressed or answered by the hotel staff immediately! Thumbs up!

The room was well-equipped, and the service was incredibly satisfying, especially from Xiao Dai. When I was checking out at the front desk, he proactively asked if I needed a warm glass of water because my complexion looked quite poor at the time. His attentiveness to detail deserves a huge thumbs up! As for the location, it's just a short walk to the Bell Tower station, which is super convenient. However, there's one thing that would make it even more perfect: if card access could be installed in the elevators to ensure guest safety. That would provide a lot more peace of mind.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the rooms are spacious enough. The hotel itself maintains good hygiene. However, perhaps because it shares elevators with other establishments, there was a lot of rubbish at the ground floor elevator entrance. Breakfast was decent, but the only drawback was the lack of made-to-order options like noodle soup or rice noodles.

The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. This hotel offers great value for money. During my stay, a robot could deliver items to my room, which was a fantastic and unique experience. The hotel was also very clean and tidy.

The service was excellent, and they even offer airport pickup. The breakfast was also delicious. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming. I arrived quite late with a lot of luggage, and when I called the front desk, a staff member immediately came down to assist us! Even at the airport, the pickup driver noticed our substantial luggage and helped us load every single piece into the car. We really appreciated his help! The location is incredibly convenient for visiting attractions like the City Wall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Sajinqiao Street. When it was time to leave for the high-speed train, the Line 2 subway station is right downstairs and offers direct access to the High-Speed Rail Station. This was truly convenient! We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The cleanliness was good, making it a comfortable and reassuring stay for a business trip. The surrounding area is vibrant, and it's within easy walking distance of Muslim Street and the Bell Tower. Dining and getting around were both safe and convenient. Overall, it's a great choice and highly recommended.

We liked many things except the tour desk. We loved Mehood Bell tower for - the excellent location, - great value for the rate we paid, - laundry and dryer facilities - unlimited bottled water, We booked 2 rooms. Our room was quiet but the other room could hear faint cars honks from the roads below(ear plugs provided at lobby), Staff we interacted with are lovely. Staff included senior breakfast female attendant, 24hour reception and housekeeping supervisor. We had a terrible experience with the tour desk. Our trip to Mt Hua was horrible. Pick up was at 7:05. Went around Xi'an for 1 hour. Reached Mt Hua at 11:45. Got Mt Hua tickets only at 12:55p. Do not recommend the tour desk
