周邊出行購物很便利.前台微笑服務 很熱情，體驗到了“如家”的感覺！房間寬敞且明亮，打掃得很乾凈！有洗衣房，帶烘乾機，省了不少事！喜歡商旅房間的風格，是出差旅遊首選！

發現的寶藏酒店，推薦給大家，細節真的滿滿，大廳好多物品都是自助免費領取， 就是酒店應該比較久了，裝修風格還是紅木傢俱那種的，但不過勝在保養的都還不錯，而且服務真的做得很好，前台接待都很熱情！雖然周邊200左右的房間很多，但是真的更願意多花幾十塊錢住大品牌，還是比較有保障的，很喜歡這次入住體驗

80대 아버지와 남편, 50대 여동생들과 떠난 5박 6일 자유여행! 숙소 고르느라 고생을 했는데, 좋은 선택이였어요! 위치적으로 주변에 먹거리와 놀거리도 좋았고, 관광지 접근성도 좋았습니다. 특히 호텔 직원 서비스가 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋았어요! 나이가 있는 저희들을 친 부모님들처럼 하나하나 잘 챙겨주시는 직원들의 서비스에 너무 감동 받았어요! 특히 孟雪 직원에게 너무 감동받았어요🩷 중국어가 힘드니 번연기를 돌려가며 알려주시고, 주변 맛집과 관광지 예약도 도와주시고 너무 친절합니다. 중국인에대한 인식이 너무 좋아졌어요!! 한국인들이 시안에 방문한다면 무조건 추천합니다!!

The hotel is not that close to the downtown. It takes some time to get to any of tourist attractions places. However, the overall experience was amazing! The room service, amenities, attitude of the staff, cleanliness - everything was perfect. The reception staff spoke English and they were not only very polite, but also always ready to help with some advice, or to assist in case of any needs. Buffet breakfast - delicious, rich, big diversity of everything. The buffet dinner is served in the same restaurant (have to buy separately), which is also worth the price, they do their best to satisfy everyones taste. Definitely, would stay there again.

Próximo a estación de metro y a las murallas. Instalaciones modernas y todo muy limpio. Baño bastante pequeño. Desayuno contiene algunas opciones occidentales (café, croissant) .

Upon arrival, the floor of the room was extremely sticky. Every step we would take our shoes would stick to the floor. This gave us no comfort that the room had been cleaned thoroughly. As we had arrived after midnight, we had no choice but to clean it ourselves. Service in lobby are helpful though.

The hotel is immaculate, with all facilities like air conditioning and toilets in excellent working order. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our Chinese isn't very good, and after a week of traveling, we were quite tired upon arriving in Xi'an. However, the warm welcome from the receptionists made us feel instantly comfortable.

Really convenient (as the name suggest). Location is great so near Qiaozikou subway station and very ose to Anding gate of the City Wall. Hotel is clean with basic amenities like laundry and also shoe cleaning. The only confusing thing is; the front office speaks very little English and the name of the hotel (signboard) is actually City Confort Inn (not City Convenient Hotel as in website)

I can fully recommend the stay at Mr. Wu‘s Hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The check-in and check-out was very easy. Even though they might not be fluent in English, I never had a problem communicating with them. We always used a translation app and we understood each other with ease. They even walked with me to the next convinient store around the corner to make sure I definitely found it. The room is very spacious with a big, comfortable bed and different pillows to chose from as well as a small bar to cook tea and enjoy a snack. It‘s very clean. Every day they come in, remove the trash, make the bed and clean everything as well as refill the water bottle which are for free during your stay. The location of hotel was perfect for me with lots of restaurants around and the merto station(line 3 and 6) just a short walk away. You can very easily go to the city centre and all the sights by metro. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda for example is just a couple stops away with line 3. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices - something for every taste. It‘s mostly chinese dishes but also with western options e.g. toast, jam, cereal. Fruit is also available. It is really delicious! To sum it up: If you want to enjoy Xi‘an and want to stay in an awesome hotel, this is the one to pick!
