Excellent hotel. Brand new, the room was very clean and spacious, amenities were well-maintained and in good condition. Location is great, right next to the city wall. The staff was also very nice and the breakfast buffet was solid. Would stay again.

A good clean hotel It's situated about 5 mins taxi drive from the the main business centre but Didi or taxi is readily available The rooms are well cleaned The laundry and gym is of good standard The reception staff can do better as I felt awkward except for two female staff who are more courteous Otherwise, you are on your own

Great hotel! Location: near to metro station and the landmark bell tower, walking distance to Huimingjie, day tour bus drop us at the metro exit right outside the hotel. Room: clean Breakfast: good varieties in western and Chinese style breakfast! Service: good service

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel. They served delivious breakfast with a good variety. The location of the hotel was good, easy access to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, shopping malls and train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and shops outside, both at the right and left of the hotel. There is one pastry shop at Lian Hu Lu selling freshly baked and delicious pastries. It is a must try. The staff of the shop were friendly too. The people we met in Xi'an were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed directions. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time in Xi'an.

My wife and I stayed in this Manxin Hotel Bell Tower for 6 nights. When we first checkin, we found that the room allocated to us was very warm. We then opened the window trying to let some cold air in but found to be noisy outside where there were some renovation works in progress. We then complained to the reception and one of the staff attended to us immediately and got our room changed. We must said all the staffs at the reception in this hotel are very attentive, friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast menus were reasonably good but mainly chinese menus. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Closest subway station is Beidajie less then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is clean and nicely furnished. Toilet and bath are separated which is good. This hotel provides free self laundries services, the washer and dryer are efficient. This hotel is new, opened in 2024. Hope they keep it up to maintain the property well and if so, we highly recommended this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Fantastic 4 night stay! Perfect location a few minute's walk from Zhonglou MRT Exit F, there are escalators so no need to carry luggage up any stairs. Hotel is walking distance from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, City Wall Yongning Gate, Huimin Street. Lots of yummy food nearby. The cleaning aunties were very friendly, and front desk staff very helpful :) Room was clean and comfortable, I had a great stay.

Pros - Perfect location, right in front of Xi'an bell tower, 10m from metro entrance. Great range of breakfast bar (starts at 7am) from chinese dishes, pastry, yogurt, soy milk, coffee, to local delights order counter as well. Taste good. Free tea break from 2pm to 4pm. Packed breakfast service with pastries available if unable to dine in due to super early trip schedule. Clean & comfortable bed. Room space is acceptable. All toiletrie, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush etc. were provided. Front desk responsive on feedback/enquiries. Having temporary luggage storage service after check out. Cons - Do Not Disturb button not functioning after taking out the room card. Cleaner in my room when we were temporarily out for breakfast and our belongings were exposed that time.

Stayed here for our Xian trip. Hotel was modest but adequate. Staff did not speak english but we used the translator apps so that was not a major issue. Room was big and comfortable. Self-Service Laundry is available. Halal restaurants are available along the streets. Location is near to the Lumoushi Pedestrian shopping alley and about 15 mins walk to the Huimin Muslim Food Street. Very close to the metro station. A special mention to our housekeeper Ms Xiaoxiao at Level 8 for keeping good care of our room and the other staff for their warmth service.

Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly. Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed. Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience. If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way.
