I love this hotel! It was extremely luxurious for the price. Decor was modern luxury in style. Comparable and even better designed than some 5 star hotels. Service was excellent without being overly intrusive. The staff were very attentive and anticipated our needs. They also gifted us a souvenir at check out. We were very impressed throughout our stay. The room itself was very well maintained. Equipment felt new and they used smart technology for the lights and curtains. The rooms were very sound proof, I could not hear my neighbour at all throughout the 3-night stay. The bed was super comfortable, they even gave us different pillows - a soft one and a firmer one each to ensure we have the best sleep. The toiletries were also of good quality which is important to me. Most hotel toiletries leave my hair and skin very dry. The toilet itself also included a magnified face mirror which can light up which I used daily for make-up. There are free drinks (tea, milk, etc) available at the lobby. Breakfast itself was an extensive spread including local food such as mini roujiamo. The selection changes everyday. Staff were again very accommodating and even provided table service for some guests struggling with young children. Location itself is fantastic, very near the main attractions - bell tower, ancient city wall and Muslim quarter which are all walkable or a short and cheap cab ride away. The hotel is along a quiet street of an extremely vibrant area. I am actually writing this on the free shuttle bus to the airport - yes such fantastic service even at the end of my stay. Please let them know early so they can arrange this service for you. Many props to the team and management. My only comment is that the wifi connection was not strong so I mainly relied on my limited data. It may just be my room which was on the 10th floor in the corner.

The room was big and clean. There’re many convenient stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Metro is about 10 minutes away (from the elevator hall). Can walk to the bell tower to enjoy the view of the city. Easy to check in via WeChat. I thought it might be difficult to find the room at first but the owner gave me some pictures that show the way clearly. However, they only provided 1 small toilet tissue roll for our 4 nights stayed. the WiFi was very poor.

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! Lokasi geografi, terletak di Jalan Zhuque, satu hujung ke Yongning Gate, satu hujung ke Pagoda Angsa Liar Kecil Muzium Shaanxi, jarak berjalan kaki kurang dari 20 minit, jalan lebih selesa untuk berjalan, terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah dan makanan ringan bar berdekatan. Smooth check in process! Bed was so comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring the streets of Xi’an. Perfect location, close to subway and City wall. Just a station away from drum and bell tower and muslim quarter. The hotel staff even gave us a gift! So nice

回來太忙一直忘記評價了，總結説説服務這個真的沒的説，我目前的體驗是很不錯的，有事找前台就行，衞生我覺得算很不錯的了，而且用的東西都很齊全，房間也夠大，一開始以為床會很小，躺下之後覺得夠夠的了，這個性價比真的絕了，去每個地點都不是很遠，出門一百米就地鐵了，出去就是公交站，打車去大唐不夜城和鐘樓，鼓樓這些都是十塊左右，前台可以寄存行李，晚點再回去拿，全家玩的很開心，住的舒適是旅行最重要的一步，推薦他家

I strongly recommend this hotel. My review is long, so hang in there. I'm not going to post a picture of the room I was in simply because you really get what you see. It's simply exquisite. The contrast between the hotel and its location is interesting. Also, I arrived at the reception with a problem that the lovely young Rachel fixed immediately with a warm smile. She's not the only lovely and helpful person there, they all are. The pure lines of the hotel are soothing and relaxing. A small ”garden” takes up a portion of the ”outdoor” eating area. The main hall is where breakfast is served. After the breakfast buffet, another buffet of free fruits and snacks is offered to the guests. As for the room, it's really a haven of peace and quiet (in my case at least). The only noise heard was that of the occasional guests in the corridor. The toilet seat is heated, the pillows fluffy and the bed very comfortable. There's no TV in the room, but there's a projector with access to paid programs. I personally believe that Hantang Inn would be close to perfect if only for the cleaning/dusting of the room. I reported this to one of the employees at the reception, but it seems that the messages didn't get through due to my broken Chinese. I really wish the management would take this matter into account. It would make the stay there for people with allergies much more comfortable.
