Hotel berhampiran C & E Fashion Street, Xiamen

Very convenient & easy to access Metro station. Friendly front desk staff. Good service & quite shocked to extending our check out time to 2pm without charging & helpful to received our parcel & hand over to room, especially my birthday cake. Highly recommended.

酒店位置：非常好，去中山路就幾分鐘，對面還是幸福街網紅店，吃飽飯可以到對面CITYWALK。  對面的足球場是西虹市首富的足球場，拍照非常出品 酒店服務：非常貼心 ，進門打招呼，送茶水，工作人員都很熱情，酒店還有2台機器人送餐，點外賣好方便啊！ 十幾分鍾就到了 酒店客房：房間裝修非常新穎，很酷！有浴袍，體重器，茶具，小度，全屋智能控制 酒店早餐：衹能説 ！好吃！！ 沙茶麪比四里還好吃

Hotel location is perfect as it located a busy pedestrian Zhongsan road with lots of shops surround the hotel and easy to pick a breakfast near hotel. A bit issue for wheelchaired traveler as elevator access is not available without using security guard access so my mother almost fall when taking an escalator

This hotel was perfect, great location, near pedestrian Street, with so many shops and local restaurants, everything in this hotel was very clean, with having professional, happy, and caring staff, specially Xiao Lin and his manager, they went out of their way to make sure guests are happy. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers going to Xiamen.

Nice hotel and surrounded many nice foods and nice milk tea outlets. The staff is friendly and the hotel room was very clean n nice design. Will definitely recommend to friends who visit to Xiamen.

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

Excellent hotel location and the room was very big for our two families. A little disappointed that there was no live TV option to watch local news. The cleaning service was average as the staff did not clean the bed in the upper loft after our first day.

Super recommend this hotel to those who are planning for Xiamen trip. The location of the hotel is strategic. Just a 2-3mins walk to ZhongShan street. The interior design of the hotel is as pretty as what you can see from the photos. Perfect colour scheme for the rooms and common areas. Excellent services from all the friendly staffs. Clean room and AI Xiao Wei in the room is always ready to help.

During the honey snow trip, I chose the Hilton Xiamen City Plaza as my foothold. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is located in the Huli Torch High-tech Development Zone in Xiamen City. It is very convenient to go to Xiamen Railway Station or Xiamen North Railway Station. And there are many well-known enterprises and scenic spots around, which provide great convenience for business travelers and tourists. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the check-in experience at the Hampton by Hilton Xiamen City Plaza. 來第二次了，真的很喜歡這裏～ 周邊：在曾厝垵裏面，但交通也不會不方便，晚上可以下樓逛逛曾厝垵，也可以多走兩三百米出去海邊散步! 非常方便～ 環境：很乾凈! 房間的設計和佈局我也很喜歡～ 兩次都是衝著也見這個落地窗來的哈哈哈哈，第一次因為其他旅客在呢沒住上，老闆娘給我們升級了房型，換成榻榻米的房間也很喜歡! 這一次提前和老闆娘溝通了，老闆娘幫我們留了房間，可算是住上了hhh，落地窗非常值得! 早上起來打開窗户真的好亮堂好美啊，超喜歡亮堂堂的! 服務：老闆娘非常好，服務很到位，每天可以根據自己的需求決定要不要打掃房間。我npy腳受傷了，老闆娘很熱情地提供了創可貼還有剪刀～ 總之就是特別值得來!! 下次來廈門玩還選擇這家哈哈哈哈!
