I had a one night stay an had an early flight to catch the next morning. The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful as much as I checked in late. The room was clean and very spacious. The gentleman even went to the extent of calling my room the next morning to ensure I don’t miss my flight and yelped book me a taxi

有免費接機服務，去的時候前台小姐姐免費升級了房型，續費的話一小時20，屋內有廚房和洗衣機，衞生環境還可以，唯一不好的就是房子隔音效果不是很好.樓下也有很多小吃店，距離公交站也挺近的比較方便，距離機場很近.

Apabila saya membuat tempahan, tiada sesiapa di kaunter penerimaan tetamu mengatakan bahawa pajakan tidak boleh diperbaharui. Jika tidak, saya akan bertukar ke hotel lain! Menginap selama 2 hari. Pada hari pertama, bilik extended tidak boleh diperbaharui. Saya menukar ke bilik double. Pada hari kedua, bilik double tidak boleh dipanjangkan lagi dan saya diminta untuk keluar! Ini adalah kali pertama saya mendengar perkataan [pembaharuan pajakan paksa]! Lebih daripada 200 bilik terus menjadi lebih daripada 500! ! Makanan untuk sarapan pagi pada asasnya sejuk... Selepas tinggal di Huazhuhui dan Jinjiang selama bertahun-tahun, ini adalah kali pertama perkara buruk itu berlaku! Saya membawa bagasi di bawah matahari pada waktu tengah hari...

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was really nice, they provide a fan and mosquito repellent incense, because the AC in the room was very bad, it was so hot, and has lots of mosquitos. The carpet in the hallway was so thick that I almost couldn’t carry my suitcase. And the room and hallways wasn’t very clean. It was the cheapest room so I guess is what you get… the people were really nice though!

CChaLoveThis hotel is in a beautiful location! Right across from the beach and not far from nice beach front shops and restaurants. The rooms are located in villas. The grounds are definitely worth walking around and having a look. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room types vary, some have bath tubs and/ or balconies, some do not. It is best to request what you would like to have in the room when checking in. I did wish the balconies all had chairs and table, I only saw that a few of them had some. There is an on site laundromat with dryers and a gym which is very convenient. Me and my friends requested the pool to be filled a few times but unfortunately by the time it was filled, we were checking out and could not use it. It is a shame because the pool area is really so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix our issues and help our requests. We asked for more western styled food at the breakfast bar and they were able to help us with that the next morning. The staff is really great and helpful! I would book here again!

Order the room service and one of the egg Benedict went missing. I’m puzzled thinking is it only one with egg Benedict and the other one is without and called the service desk to check. They were quick to action and deliver another one to me but to my surprise I found the egg Benedict inside the dining cart and I ask the staff that deliver to me if he’s aware of it and he admit. This is quite bad cos if u drop the food, u should be honest about it and inform me and not trying to get it thru like that

Oleh itu, banyak kemudahan baru dipasang, dan secara keseluruhannya lebih bersih. Air, minuman dan biskut disediakan di bilik tetamu, dan teh juga disediakan di lobi, yang sememangnya sangat bertimbang rasa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah penghawa dingin yang lama dan bising. Secara jujur, harga ini agak baik.

My husband and I stayed at the seventh floor and they’ve provided afternoon tea for the executive floor members. The executive lounge was super clean,quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. If there is one thing I can suggest, I will strongly suggest to change the guest room carpet and update the hair dryer.

I particular enjoy the shower with comfortable temperature and pressure. Because I do not have a China mobile number for registration, the hotel staff is courteous to help to me to use the free wifi provided by the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.
