The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plates and bowls are not provided. The view from the room faces a cemetery, and there is some vehicle noise, but it is not too loud. Toiletries are provided; however, the toilet lighting is quite dim 😅. Parking is available, but the space is narrow and does not allow the rear door to be opened fully. There was also some difficulty opening the barrier even though the access card was attached. Overall, it is okay due to the spacious and comfortable room.

Such a huge room and clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Strategic location with foods stalls / restaurants located nearby within walking distance. Its awesome place and no regret to book it. Will come again.

it was a very nice stay here, 3 days 2 nights, spacy room, the water heater works well, and dont forget to try the egg tart in down stairs in front of the entrance ✨☺️

Good choice for stay at Penang

A comfortable hotel with everything you need. I didn't give the highest score for cleanliness because upon check-in, we found the floor wasn't the cleanest. It seems they neglect mopping. However, this issue is common in the region (it's practically everywhere). This was rectified very quickly, and everything else, including dust, was fine. I want to highlight the bed's comfort as a huge plus – the pillows were perfect for me, there were four of them, and the mattress was excellent. I slept soundly, which is rare. However, it's best to sleep with earplugs; there's a road nearby, and even though our windows faced the opposite direction, motorcycles here don't seem to know what a muffler is. The room size is just over 60 sq. meters – spacious, with a convenient dining area and a stove. If they added a pot, a bigger frying pan, and a knife, it would be perfect. The bathroom is combined with a small wardrobe, and there's an iron and ironing board. Both a regular and a rain shower are available, and everything is more than excellent – hot water with good pressure. Only two towels per room, but they were changed daily. The TV is not a smart TV, unfortunately, just so you know. Location-wise: there's a food market nearby in the evenings, and two excellent shopping malls are within a kilometer or a 15-minute walk. Gurney Plaza has a fantastic food court with various cuisines, where they truly do a good job. For non-luxury clothing in Georgetown, you'll only find Uniqlo and H&M; everything else is in KL. Otherwise, it's mostly Asian fashion. The old town is not far by taxi, about 15 minutes, with prices varying from 10 to 20 MYR. Use Grab. We found a beach that was empty on weekdays: St Patrick's Beach, 11200 Tanjung Bungah, Penang, Malaysia. It's a clean beach with no infrastructure, easily accessible by taxi, no crowds, and you can swim. The water is murky, like everywhere else, but there's no trash and pleasant shade from the trees.

Good location for hospital but the stay it’s ok only. Room was quite dark, won’t stay there again.

Good location as I’m staying here for the UTOP event the next morning, walking distance to youth park. Room is very spacious, cleanliness can be improved as I spot some ants on Sofa, tabletop.

Very spacious room, comfortable to stay. Just a bit weird on the design, one of the queen bed is actually in the living room.

Stay in this hotel for several time and i love the room size and location. The location is in walking distance to hawker center and Adventist hospital.

The hotel is located very close to the hospital zone, rooms are big and spacious, but not very clean, old hotel and very noisy during the night.

Staff very bad service and rude , very old hotel, no drinking water ! , don’t choose this hotel for your vacation or business trip ! Late check out at 1,10pm charge extra rm30 with no receipt, need to request ,

Spacious suites. Comfy bed. Bathroom shower is powerful. Floors are clean. Air-conditioning is okay. Basically everything is above average! IMHO, Parking is limited (only 20 max i think), so its first-come, first-served basis. And I don’t like that elevated parking system.
