I chose a suite this time because I was attending a concert, and it was a great experience. The room was very spacious, and during the turndown service, they thoughtfully replenished the drinking water and left a sweet note. They also have a special free shuttle bus to the Olympic Sports Center, which is a huge plus because it avoids the hassle of not being able to find a taxi or dealing with crowded subways after the concert. I'll definitely book here again next time I come for a concert! 🤭🤭

Facilities: Well-maintained. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Ambiance: The minimalist wooden design is pleasing to the eye and very comfortable. Service: Warm, friendly, and attentive. This was my first stay at this Hyatt, and overall I was quite satisfied. The breakfast was also delicious. It was a bit of a shame though that the swimming pool was under maintenance, so I couldn't try it out.

Got a free room upgrade and a shuttle to the concert. They even prepared fruit and snacks after the show. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I was pretty drunk last night, and my friend insisted on staying with me, so I booked this place for her. I always choose this hotel because I love Wuyuan Bay and its convenient location. It's right by Huandao Road, there are tons of delivery options nearby, and across the street, you'll find plenty of places to eat – super convenient! The hygiene is good, and the service is excellent.

The hotel's location is great, with a shopping mall and a supermarket downstairs. It also has its own free underground parking, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car or rental. The room was spacious, with a large open layout and big windows offering nice views. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and my room even had a bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Someone even opened the car door for me at the entrance, and they proactively called me when I accidentally left clothes in the closet after checking out so I could retrieve them. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I returned to the Hyatt Regency Wuyuan Bay after half a year and booked a suite again. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and arranged for me to stay in the same room as last time. I tend to be quite consistent in my preferences. Although it's a small detail, I still want to commend the front desk for their meticulous service. The room environment was as good as ever, very clean, and met five-star hotel standards. Room service was prompt, the suite was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely choose the Hyatt Regency Wuyuan Bay again on my next trip to Xiamen.

Having stayed at various Hyatt properties worldwide, including Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, and Hyatt Regency, I'd say this one was pretty average overall.

This hotel feels like a basic Hyatt – it has everything, but nothing is particularly refined. The mall downstairs and surrounding amenities are quite comprehensive. It definitely needs a renovation, as it's quite old.

As always, whenever I'm back in Xiamen, I choose to stay at the Hyatt Regency Wuyuan Bay. It's partly because it's close to my hometown, and partly because I've consistently had great experiences here. Before this stay, the Guest Services team had already contacted us in advance, which was a very thoughtful touch. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in the room was very weak and the air wasn't circulating well. However, since it was already past 11 PM, we just made do for the night. The hotel arranged for maintenance the next day, but it still didn't fix the issue, so we had no choice but to request a room change. I'm not sure why, but we were moved to a slightly smaller room type. Also, for some reason, as soon as my child entered it, they kept crying, so we bit the bullet and asked to change rooms again. Both the front desk staff member who handled our request and Mr. Chen, who came to understand the situation, were excellent. They immediately arranged for us, and we finally moved to a room type that was similar in size to the first one, and the air conditioning was noticeably better. We then enjoyed two wonderful nights of sleep, almost missing our itinerary because of it! Staying in three different rooms during one trip definitely makes for a memorable part of the journey! The hotel also kindly offered us two days of breakfast. The quality and taste of the food at breakfast were superb. I was pleasantly surprised to find famous Xiamen delicacies like oyster pancakes, Shacha noodles, and Wuxiangtiao (five-spice rolls). Furthermore, the restaurant staff were all very friendly. When we couldn't reach the siu mai, they noticed and prepared some for us separately, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Hyatt hotels are always a reliable choice, and overall, I had a great experience. The hotel's breakfast buffet, in particular, stood out with its wide variety of dishes and excellent taste – definitely worth recommending. Plus, having a large shopping mall right downstairs makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel butler contacted us in advance to arrange the room and tried their best to meet our requests, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel facilities are very new, and I'd recommend upgrading to smart toilets 🫣. A perfect vacation experience 😉
