Everything about this hotel is awesome. Breakfast, customer service, location, hotel rooms is all top notch. Next to a medium size shopping mall which is self sufficient.

After we booked the room, Pearl immediately contacted us and upgraded our room. Our stay in hotel was overall good. Charon helped us during the check in, which was quick and pleasant. The breakfast options were very diverse and we enjoyed.

Highly recommended to stay here if you travel in Xiamen. We came for Jolin tsai concert and they do provide shuttle bus service to stadium. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks Una and Amanda for helping us during our stay.

The receptionist named Pearl is polite, cute and pretty. She is very helpful. The room is soundproofed well, located in front of the elevator but quiet. It is one of the few places that has a refrigerator with free Tsingtao beer and other sodas. The room is spacious. The location of the hotel is next to Wanda shopping mall. It is easy to find food. The price is not expensive. It is convenient to travel.

Another great stay at Langham. We come here often when visiting the city, mostly because the beds are very comfortable! Staff are always friendly and attentive, and the rooms are very clean. There is a shopping mall right outside and others close by. Takeaways can be delivered by robot to your room. One downside is the swimming pool. It’s a great facility, but recently I noticed they rent the space for people to do kids swimming lessons on the weekends. Usually they take up a lot of the pool space, which is not so good for the paying customers of the hotel who also want to use it. I’ve not seen this before at other hotels, and sadly it makes the place seem a little less professional.

I recently stayed at The Langham Place Xiamen and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was clean, well-appointed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Pearl, was very nice and helped us with any questions and gave recommendations on things to do around the area. The room was spacious and clean.
