Ulasan Hotel Indigo Xiamen Haicang

Even though our hotel is slightly further from town but it’s less noisy and crowded. We took a family suite, it was spacious. We spend a lot of TV family time during dinner time when we order food in. Special thanks to our room service ladies ‘ 陈益娇 和 陈雅娟‘ for keeping our room absolute fresh whenever we return back!

3 days stays. The hotel decoration and color palette is very good. The room was well made, water flow and hot water is consistent in the shower room. You have some selection of movies/programmes to watch for free, TV is very responsive, there are some useful mechanisms like motorized curtains and a smart toilet Next to the hotel you can find a very convenient mall to have some food and drinks: pizza hut, changee, heytea, dairy queen, mcdonald, starbucks, etc. There is also a walmart. But apart from this mall there is nothing much nearby, no local street food around the area. Service overall is good, you will have some difficulties to communicate in English as most of the staff doesn’t speak it. Although the gym room is big and spacious, I would have expected more equipments. What let me down the most was the food (breakfast buffet) specifically the pastries and bread are not good nor fresh, those are most likely from day(s) before. Among all the food stations, the noodles one is the best. Apart from this, there is nothing special for foodies. For the price, I would have expected more

A good and new design concepts for the hotel rooms in Haicang for which is very quiet to stay. Two things that I would like to point it out., Bath toilet is a smart toilet manufactured by local manufacturer,but the smell of the toilet has not been in sufficient ventilation so bad smell is still maintaining after use. Secondly, Carpets were laid under the beds so it is very uncomfortable to walk between the carpets and wooden floor area inside the room. It is good for the hotel management to take some solution. We had a fabulous stay. In addition to a lovely design, the room was spacious and had modern amenities. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, as there was a lot of variety.

Very fresh and new hotel with beautiful designer rooms in a convenient location. The district is new, clean and quite. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfasts are pretty diverse with many options: especially fresh juices are good. Service is very good in the hotel.

We’ve had a wonderful stay at the Indigo Hotel Taicang! It exudes elegance and a very welcoming atmosphere. Our room was very spacious, impeccably clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. We enjoyed our meals at Cape 18, especially dinners. The service here is exceptional! The staff from the GM, Kevin, to the manager Alex, Eric, Bruce, Karen and room attendants were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They and the rest of their team made our stay extra special! Thanks to the awesome Hotel Indigo Haicang team!

服務：工作人員態度都很友善～ 衞生：滿分～ 首輪迷你吧:有酒、飲料、蘇打水～ 歡迎水果:主要是單顆水果多，沒有果切（但現在很多酒店都這樣啦～） 因為是攜程預訂的房間，剛好入住日房間入住不多，酒店很nice的給我升級了兩個等級的房型。

來廈門的日子不對，每天都在下雨，所以選個舒適的酒店體驗感能提升不少。海滄英迪格整體不太大，設計感融合了海滄元素，很有細節很精緻。我們帶着寶寶入住期間每一次上下車門僮都會及時提供幫助，前台經理小姐姐給寶寶送了小玩具車，保潔看到寶寶也送了一個小龍玩偶，房間裏水也是管夠，還有全套的小童備品，都非常有愛。由於退房當天的高鐵比較晚也幫我們延遲退房了，感謝，離開的時候Eric跟Peter小哥哥看到我自己帶娃也很熱心幫我收嬰兒車拿行李，又拿了拼圖給寶寶😂娃收穫滿滿。早餐的西點非常不錯，餅乾好吃，寶寶也很喜歡軟歐吐司，午餐給寶寶點了一頓番茄雞蛋麪，特地囑咐免鹽，廚師都按要求做了，而且麪非常軟，很棒

設施：在700價位有提供戴森的估計僅此一家了 性價比很高 房間的設計很棒 備品齊全 衞生：非常乾淨整潔 打掃衞生的阿姨很細緻 環境：不管是公區還是客房都很精緻 有十足的設計感 服務：很不錯，特別是前台CICI，凌晨入住也有很好的服務，專業且熱情，是入住期間最棒的員工，希望酒店能為她表彰～ 歡迎水果有芒果、餅乾、梨、龍眼 首輪迷你吧:太多了 喝不完

到住處之前接電員服務熱情.回覆積極.比預計時間提前到達酒店的話.可以提前打電話聯繫工作人員進行安排. 到門口之後會有專人幫忙開車門提行李.辦理完了入住會直接幫忙拿到房間裏. 前台peter和yolo非常熱情.check in的時候也很關注整體服務.全程不需要單獨去反覆溝通.省去中間很多溝通成本.比較節省時間. 早飯種類很多.英早中式早飯一應俱全.我個人覺得甜點可以一試.不算特別差.比較推薦廈門這邊特色沙茶麪. 晚上可以來一樓酒吧小酌一杯.適合來旅遊商務的人 行政套房有個大浴缸.對於喜歡泡澡的人非常滿意
