Ulasan Sercotel Caspe

My friend got a lot of mosquitoes bite first night and second night. The bathroom smells terrible it’s like rotten egg coming from the bathtub pipe. Need to fix those old pipe.

The hotel looks quite new, but the cleanliness is very poor. After spending one night, both my friend and I started to feel itchy. We found black marks on the bed, and when we returned from our evening outing, we noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed. The desk and other surfaces were also not cleaned properly. When we wiped them with tissues, we saw black stains. We reported the hygiene issue to the reception ,they told me that we only can changed by myself. For a four-star hotel, such hygiene and service are clearly unacceptable.

결론부터 말하자면 4성급이라 기대했는데 그 기대엔 미치지 못했음. 따라서, 재방문 의사는 정말 특가로 나오지 않는 한 없음..ㅠ 좋은 점: 프론트 직원이 매우 친절하며 24시간 대기, 전체적으로 깔끔하고 따뜻한 분위기, 넉넉한 옷장, 욕조와 아메니티(치약,칫솔) 있음. 물 2병 서비스. 나름 넓어서 하나는 캐리어장에 캐리어 펼치고 하나는 침대 옆에 펼쳤음 개선할 점: 침대시트에 얼룩이 좀 있었음. 발 답답해서 이불을 뺐는데 안에 솜과 시트가 제대로 고정이 되어있지 않아서 시트랑 솜이랑 분리되는 불편함, 침대의 스프링이 느껴졌음 (개인적으로 스프링이 느껴지면 불편해서 잘 못 잠ㅠ)

房間地理位置很好，出行方便，也按照要求安排高樓層，服務態度好。衹是住三天衹給兩瓶水不太滿意。不像國內四星酒店肯定每天送水還有額外果盤。

設施：設施完善， 衞生：衞生狀況還可以吧， 環境：酒店環境不錯，地理位置優越，到聖家堂、米拉之家和巴特略之家 服務：前台服務態度不錯

Отель находится от Саграды де Фамилие где то 2 км. Рядом есть магазыны, кафешки. Нам понравилось! Рекомендую!

酒店位置很不錯，然後附近很多中國超市和早餐店，去哪裡都不遠，很有性價比，房間設施稍微一點點老舊，不過問題不大！

駅からも近く、バス停もたくさんあるので観光にぴったりです！

挺好的的酒店，公交和地鐵均在走路約十到十五分鐘的地方，酒店旁邊有麪包店，超市，小吃店等。早餐種類很豐富。酒店設施很很好。推薦
