Hotel di Kawasan Indah Bailuzhou, Xiamen

Great location 5 min walk from Cruise Center metro station and 10-15 min walk from the International Cruise Center (which can take you to Gulangyu Island). Room was clean, tidy and spacious, and had tea and toiletries available. Staff were also very helpful with luggage storage, and even gave me a gift box of snacks upon checkout. Overall, very good value for the price paid and would highly recommend!

房間好，早餐咖啡/玉米片不好！ 舉例. 1）第一天早餐發現罐裝的玉米片居然是沒有炸熟（炸僵了），半生不熟的，牙都咬不動，還以為我自己搞錯了！ 跟主廚男提出我的疑問，他沒有這方面的知識，不知道玉米片是不是熟了，解釋説這是總部統一配送的。也沒有説“顧客對不起”2）第二天一早7:05，玉米片沒有了，自動咖啡機邊冷櫃裏忘了放牛奶，我點擊拿鐵按鈕發現沒有牛奶出來，問服務員女，她説忘了放牛奶了，你可以用旁邊的熱牛奶壺！ 然後重新補上一盒牛奶在咖啡機邊冷櫃。居然沒有一句“顧客對不起” ，（第一天早餐咖啡機前也是混亂，發現機器缺咖啡豆，咖啡機前一羣人使用混亂，）- 沒想到歡朋的早餐西餐管理得這麼亂，這麼差！我特地拍了咖啡機沒有牛奶照片記錄！ 對不住這個新的希爾頓旗下品牌！早餐服務遠不如蘇州等其他地方我住過的歡朋酒店服務！價格卻貴了不少。如果你早餐是喜歡西餐/咖啡，我建議你6個月以後再去吧，估計餐廳（西餐）的服務水平到時候會正常了！

房間就是正常房間，地理位置還可以，門口保安大爺給好評，非常熱情友好，住過這麼多次酒店，除了廈門這裏寫了120以上小童早飯需要另外購買，是真的要購買，別的酒店就算寫了實際也不收費的，關鍵就這品質，湊活吃吃也就還行，花68我什麼不能吃？早上都是着急趕路出去玩的，還能多一本正經吃啊！酒店早餐差評，要麼就別送要麼就一家唄。房間的水有一股味道，説不出來是不是水管味道，不太像是漂白粉味道。

I love this place. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were all professional and friendly. Great location, very close to the Rd station, and Huweishan park. Breakfast was very good. Late checkout!!

房間還行，整潔乾淨，旁邊就是山海步道入口，早晚還是可以上去散散步，這個非常棒！環境挺好的。前台服務不錯，有問題都會及時解決，有停車場，也挺大的，停車方便。8樓有洗衣房，這個好，可以多住幾天

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite easy to find, which is always a plus when traveling. The interior is cool and modern, giving a great first impression. However, a closer inspection revealed that the facilities are quite worn down. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the view from my room was very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. Unfortunately, I found a hair in the shower drain, which was a bit off-putting. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was a complete rip-off and not at all what I expected from a place that advertises “breakfast included.” All they offered was a plate with a toast, an egg, half a sausage, and some cabbage, which is totally overpriced for what it is. Overall, my stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance and the quality of the breakfast. There is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage prepare yourself to carry it to the second floor. The guy working at the front desk was really helpful and even welcomed us in the middle of the night.

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

房間非常乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全，很人性化還配有洗衣機及涼衣服的桿子（很少有酒店有，之前出遊都是把香氣撲鼻的衣服帶回家），跟在家裡一樣。礦泉水沒有上限，隨叫隨送。交通便利，地鐵口就在公寓樓門口，到鼓浪嶼乘船的廈鼓碼頭，步行也就10多分鐘路程，廈門市政府步行也就10多分鐘。老闆很熱心，幫我做旅遊攻略，哪裡景點需要提前預約，都耐心細緻講解，非常到位。由衷的感謝老闆，下次身邊有朋友過來，會極力推薦住這家。

First of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!
