老闆很熱情，幫我們把行李送上樓，還為我們介紹當地特色美食，還送了贈券。民宿挺乾淨的，設施齊全，如果入住當天天氣不錯的話建議住三樓，有個天台，可以看島內街道風景，下雨天住二樓可以住，濕氣沒那麼重。

李家莊位於鼓浪嶼上，離三丘田碼頭不遠，鬧中取靜，很是安逸，關於小洋樓的情況很多客人都有描述，我就不再贅述了。
環境沒得説，綠樹成蔭，紅牆掩映，非常安靜。
衞生潔具都是科勒品牌，洗漱用品用的是Le Labo，不虧是來自紐約的手工香水品牌，香味獨特，非常好聞，木質香調，留香持久，非常nice
服務很貼心，第一次預訂價格較高，前台小哥哥特意打電話提醒我同樣房型有價格較低的可以更換，又省了一筆。
入住贈送的下午茶很精緻。早餐非常豐盛，因為太好吃都忘記拍照了。😅
房間是百年前的老宅子，雖然處理得很好，但仍然略略有味道，選擇這樣的老宅子這個問題恐怕是無法避免的。瑕不掩疵，還是很喜歡這種感覺。
酒店總體感覺很不錯，值得入住
需要特別提醒一下：一定要做好防蚊措施，蚊子特別多，防不勝防，鼓浪嶼植被茂盛，蚊子超級厲害😅
一定要準備好防蚊液和無比滴，雙重保護

一進園子就隔絕了外面的喧囂，非常安靜，酒店後面有小沙灘，景美人少，十分適合帶長者孩子的家庭
辦入住的時候看我們帶小孩的，專門提供小朋友拖鞋和牙具，還借一套挖沙工具給我們，非常貼心
特別後悔沒早點入住，帶娃的家庭呀，一兩天不夠用啊，孩子往沙灘上一坐，一挖就是半天，每天都挖半天沙，完全沒法去逛景點，😂
離菽莊花園很近，附近餐飲小吃也很多，真是太開心了，下次帶父母孩子再來住這裏，一定要多住幾天，呆著就很舒服

房間和店家介紹一致，這個就不詳解了。位置會有一點不好找，因為在小巷裡，雖然也是復興路。從現在三丘田碼頭過來會遠。但是！下次來還會選這裏，因為服務太好了，很細節，有小童用品，到酒店前台工作人員交代了好多細節。我們第二天退房後去沙灘玩依舊借我們沙灘玩具，早餐雖然簡單種類不多，但是做的不錯口味挺好的，下午茶也不錯。還送了好多小禮物，客服服務真的太讚了，我們在鼓浪嶼住了四天三晚，後悔沒有都定這一家，後面兩天住的酒店，雖然也漂亮，但是吧，也就是漂亮，服務上差距有點大，完全比不上末凡，價格上還比末凡貴了兩百，弄得我好後悔。島上其實別墅酒店非常多了，我也是常客了，來鼓浪嶼好多好多次了，確實覺得還是服務最重要‼️

在書香莊園住了兩天，四大一小，一間親子房，一間雙床房。親子房還有一個小帳篷，小朋友喜歡得不得了。本來衹打算住一天的，晚上坐在露台的椅子上，喝着飲料，皓月當空，清風拂面，遠眺日光巖，便有了再住一晚的想法。離店的那一天，小朋友説，這房子真漂亮，還想住多幾天！店家還給了一張鼓浪嶼地圖，介紹好玩和好吃的地方，臨別時還指路去碼頭的路線，真心不錯！好評！

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

DDavis LimUpon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children.
He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was really nice, they provide a fan and mosquito repellent incense, because the AC in the room was very bad, it was so hot, and has lots of mosquitos. The carpet in the hallway was so thick that I almost couldn’t carry my suitcase. And the room and hallways wasn’t very clean. It was the cheapest room so I guess is what you get… the people were really nice though!

JJungkook GoldenLocation wise is good and there’s a free upgrade of the room. However most of the staff is quite robotic and not friendly, no human touch. Order the room service and one of the egg Benedict went missing. I’m puzzled thinking is it only one with egg Benedict and the other one is without and called the service desk to check. They were quick to action and deliver another one to me but to my surprise I found the egg Benedict inside the dining cart and I ask the staff that deliver to me if he’s aware of it and he admit. This is quite bad cos if u drop the food, u should be honest about it and inform me and not trying to get it thru like that

Oleh itu, banyak kemudahan baru dipasang, dan secara keseluruhannya lebih bersih. Air, minuman dan biskut disediakan di bilik tetamu, dan teh juga disediakan di lobi, yang sememangnya sangat bertimbang rasa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah penghawa dingin yang lama dan bising. Secara jujur, harga ini agak baik.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

SSarah MarThe hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager,Vincent was patiently listened and solved our questions. My husband and I stayed at the seventh floor and they’ve provided afternoon tea for the executive floor members. The executive lounge was super clean,quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. If there is one thing I can suggest, I will strongly suggest to change the guest room carpet and update the hair dryer.

PPengguna TetamuMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.
