房子裝修的很乾凈，沒有一次性拖鞋（本來就是去海邊，我們都自帶拖鞋，所以無所謂），有一次性馬桶墊，吹風機，洗浴用品等等必需品，毛巾是消毒再用的，但是會提供一次性的大型洗臉巾，可以用來擦身體，（劃重點：出去玩真是講究緣分，因為聽説廈門民宿很多照騙，都是精修p圖，所以打算現場去探探，先預訂了一個排名比較靠前的民宿，這家是在去原本那家店的路上遇到的，偶然發現，門口裝修一般，我們看店名是旅店而且位置離路邊也很近，就想碰運氣説想看看房，老闆很大氣説想看就看，喜歡再定，看了幾間，寬敞乾淨，但因為原本定有一家，所以打算再看看比較下，到了原本那個訂的民宿定位，前台説那個房型的房在村裡麪，離路邊海邊稍微遠了幾分鐘，本來要七拐八拐進小巷就有點難受了，北方人真的第一次走這種小巷，沒想到訂的那個更遠，而且原來訂的那個房並不是他家最便宜的房，就僅僅是那個房比較遠，當然，他家更貴的就離得近了，但同樣的價格因為有了“偶然驚喜”，所以又返回來去找路過這家店了😊，離路邊很近，過了一條馬路就是海邊，這幾天經常海邊步行，因為淡季住宿還可以砍價！！！所以更划算了😊，連住三天）（2024年6月初記錄，特意打上時間，以免時間久了就不是那麼回事了，有時間的姐妹要在廈門住好幾天的一定要探店完再住，個別民宿真的很照騙！）另，祝老闆民宿生意興隆！

房間和圖片一致，但是設計有些問題，水盆可能為了藝術美感太淺了，吐漱口水都能濺出來，床品支撐度明顯不行，淋浴房沒有移門就固定的玻璃一塊太短了，容易濺出來地上濕，上廁所就容易滑。有飄窗但窗外景色並不好哈哈，但是畢竟是民宿，乾淨便捷就行，前台有防曬霜可以公用，酒店就在曾厝垵小吃街裏面，打滴要走出小吃街。買的快遞小哥會放在前台。我覺得以民宿來説可以了。酒店不是每天安排打掃的，對於我們這種不喜歡有人進房間的其實還好。

來廈門旅遊在網上找了一下，看到這家民宿， 抱着試試的心態來，到了前台又遞礦泉水，又給地圖細心的講解遊玩的路線，廈門大學，中山路，南普陀，鼓浪嶼怎麼去買船票？鼓浪嶼的有35塊和80塊的，建議買35塊，民宿離海濱沙灘很近，步行五分鐘左右，出門就是美食街，再來説房間雖然是民宿，但是乾淨整齊，還有天台，洗衣機，洗衣台，專門可以晾衣服的地方，夏天炎熱，我們每天回來都會洗亮適合長久住，方便

環境：民宿環境特別好，能看出來老闆是個很浪漫的主人，整個都是米白色的牆壁建築，特別像大理的聖託里尼風情，走進房間裏面，裝修特別有情調，超大大大鏡子太懂女生了，而且吹風機還是戴森系列耶，土狗算是見了下世面嘞
價格：我們去的時候已經訂好了，老闆説人不是特別多給我們免費升級了房型，老闆人太好啦
另外p幾張圖片給大家簡單看一下，總之就是放心訂，主要是老闆人好，熱情，好説話，房子特別特別乾淨！！！

酒店位置:在沙坡尾中心。距離南普陀廈大 5分鐘就到，距離白城沙灘也是15分鐘步行。性價比:很高，房間很舒服，隔音效果也好，床鋪也舒服。房間設施:設施很齊全，每幾個房間中間有一個沙發，天台休憩區。房間景觀:很大的玻璃窗户，視野很明亮。多種多樣設施齊全服務:很熱情，很到位。離海邊很近，走幾分鐘就到了沙灘，有興致可以騎車走環島路旅遊。
對面是廈門大學 植物園 海邊。酒店的服務很到位，需要什麼，很快就送過來 設施齊全完善 設施新穎 很棒。酒店位置很贊，距離中山路、廈門大學、沙坡尾都很近，距離廈門火車站10多分鐘車程，一樓大廳的環境和味道都很棒，前台小姐姐服務熱情，整體很滿意。我最關注的是安靜和衞生，入住起來睡眠一級棒，比鄰大海的夜晚安靜舒服，房間乾淨，整潔，地理位置優越，附近的景點很多，植物園就在樓下，酒店前台辦理入住的小夥子，小姑娘也是十分熱情好客，下次來玩還住這裏

入住體驗很棒，訂房間的時候衹是選擇了普通大床房，入住的時候是晚上22點了，前台小姐姐直接給升級了房間。酒店內部環境挺乾淨的，房間很寬敞，設施齊全，服務比較人性化。酒店離着海邊很近，去玩非常方便。早餐一般，選擇比較少，有待改進。其他總體不錯。

如實評價
一、9月9號晚上十點多入住，水非常小，影響正常洗漱，反饋前台，希望換個房間，前台説用水高峯期，再等等。半夜三點多用水，還是那樣，馬桶是感應的，沒有水，都不敢正常如廁，非常影響心情。第二天續住前又問了前台，前台告知已修好水管，昨天晚上是停水了，用備用水塔的水，今天不會了，有水了。晚上十一點左右返回酒店，還是沒水，水非常小，反饋前台，來看了，那時候跟同事在吃夜宵喝酒，大半夜，就懶得換房間了，第二天十一點半了，直接沒有冷水，衹有熱水燙的要命，無法洗漱，打電話反饋前台，得到的是修水管什麼的原因，但是沒有通知客户，這個體驗感很不好！住店上個洗手間都不敢上，真的很影響！很不愉快！我用自己買的礦泉水簡單洗漱了。前台才説送礦泉水來應急，我説不用了，已經洗漱了。
二、第二天續住打掃交代了阿姨毛巾床單被套什麼的都換上，結果擦手巾沒有放。
三、房間無線非常不好，會自動斷聯
建議：
1、水是生活必備的，有修水管什麼突**況理應第一時間告知客户，並啟動預案，及時解決，而不是一再的各種理由。
2、馬桶，建議要有手動操控按鈕，不要純自動感應的，停水了真的非常不方便。
總結：
本次整體入駐體驗感不好，最直接的問題就是用水問題。如實評價，謝謝！祝生意興隆。

AAngeltuzhu衞生：很乾凈 帶孩子去的覺得很不錯
設施：裝修也不錯 落地窗 中央空調很舒服 值得誇的是浴巾毛巾都是一次性的 感覺很好 不然每次出行都不敢用
服務：管家態度真的非常好 有問題都是馬上解決，本來訂的是芭比的 後來升級了親子，因為帶孩子比較慢 還讓我們延時退房真的態度好好

DDavis LimUpon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children.
He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

PPengguna TetamuPada mulanya, kami kecewa kerana mereka memasukkan kami ke dalam bilik kecil yang kami rasa tidak berbaloi dengan harga yang kami bayar. Walau bagaimanapun, keesokan harinya mereka menaik taraf bilik kami menjadi bilik yang bagus dengan tandas dan kawasan pancuran mandian yang berasingan. Terdapat tingkap yang luas dan pemandangan adalah jalan yang tenang di bawah dan dua gunung kecil di kejauhan. Tak teruk eh! Inilah masanya kami mula berasa selesa dan santai dalam 4 malam kami menginap di sini. Katil dan bantalnya padat dan sangat sesuai untuk tidur. Sesuai untuk berehat selepas seharian melawat atau bekerja. Terdapat meja makan kecil serta beberapa ruang atau kawasan untuk bekerja dan meletakkan barangan anda yang lain. Tandas adalah automatik sepenuhnya jadi ia sangat selesa untuk digunakan. Kakitangan secara amnya membantu dan penyambut tetamu wanita yang mengendalikan lobi sentiasa bersemangat dan membantu. Sebaliknya, lokasinya jauh dari pusat bandar jadi mungkin kos anda lebih tinggi jika anda kerap mengambil didi. Selain itu, tambang sarapan adalah jarang semasa kami berada di sana, mungkin kerana masih musim pelancongan. Tidak pasti tetapi atas sebab apa pun, apabila kami tiba di sudut sarapan sekitar jam 8 pagi, kebanyakan makanan telah hilang. Kami terpaksa menunggu kira-kira 30 minit untuk beberapa dulang diisi semula dengan makanan manakala bakinya hanya kosong. Jika anda tidak menyukai sarapan tempatan, maka sarapan hotel ini bukan untuk anda. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan untuk kami.

GGuojiadongxianshengIni ialah hotel kuarantin yang saya tinggali semasa saya terbang dari Kaohsiung ke Xiamen pada September tahun lalu. Saya menemuinya semasa mendaftar masuk. Oleh itu, banyak kemudahan baru dipasang, dan secara keseluruhannya lebih bersih. Air, minuman dan biskut disediakan di bilik tetamu, dan teh juga disediakan di lobi, yang sememangnya sangat bertimbang rasa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah penghawa dingin yang lama dan bising. EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

PPengguna TetamuMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
