Right from the check-in, we were so impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by all the hotel employees. Their service is prompt and attentive. The lady manager was exceptionally personal and caring. We damaged a part of the tea set and she was more concerned that we were not injured by the broken parts. She also reminded us to dress warm for the winter weather. Our hotel suite is a cheerful and vibrant palette of bright colours and comes with modern technology. The suite is so new and super clean ! Our window looks over to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street - so convenient !! The hotel buffet breakfast is super delicious and the dining room is spacious and classy. The location is good as it is just beside the metro station. The room I have stayed in is clean and the hotel offered the basic amenities that I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast, the choice is limited and it is almost the same every day. Overall, if you are looking for a basic hotel room to stay, you can choose this hotel.
