Although not in the historic district, the homestay is a short walk to the seaside. Nearby are many dining places as well as shops. The room was clean, but the public area, especially the tables in the lobby where we can eat, were not clean. I had to throw away other peoples' trash. The service was excellent at the front desk. The ladies working the day I arrived were super-friendly, very patient, and full of good humor at my not-very-good-Chinese. We used a translation app to communicate, and they were able to inform me about all my questions. One surprising thing is about the breakfast. I was surprised that the breakfast is just a bag of food delivered to my door, from some other restaurant! It was sufficient and delicious, but I had to clean my own table in order to find a place to eat in the lobby. A better idea might be to eat the breakfast in your room, but I only had a tiny table in my room. Overall, this is a good value with friendly staff.

The Gulangyu Gallery Inn (Xiamen Gulangyu Hualang Lvguan, Yuyuan Guan) is located just beside Yuyuan Garden, featuring oil painting decorations all around and antique Continental style.

Hotel is very new and clean. Room is spacious. There’s no breakfast provided but food is accessible everywhere due to strategic location near Zhongshan rd. Very friendly concierge service and provide refreshments for guests. Refreshing and relaxing after a tired journey from outside.

剛剛從福建旅遊歸來，最後在廈門遊玩兒，在蔦島海景潮宿住了4晚，這家民宿的各個方面給我們留下了很好的印象：我們住在7層，這裏的管家及服務人員熱情、細心，對來這裏旅行的遊客問寒問暖，關懷備至，讓我們感到像是自家人一樣。酒店大廳很潮很前衞，住的房間通透明亮，有智能管理開關窗及開關燈等，景觀也好，窗外就是鷺江，還能看到對面的鼓浪嶼，夜景很美！工作人員在我們到店後就發了很多關於在廈門吃美食玩美景的訊息，這樣讓我們很方便。房間衞生打掃很乾凈，每天在房間放4~5瓶水，還問我們夠不夠喝，在我們退房時7層的服務人員還主動熱情地幫我們把大行李箱拿至打車地點，這種服務讓我們感覺不捨離開🤝尤其是小路管家服務，真的很暖心，但願以後有機會再來廈門，再住蔦島海景潮宿，也祝願你們生意興隆🫰

緊趕着上了島，酒店離我要去的港仔後沙灘很近，6-7分鐘吧，對岸的元旦煙花秀很👍心情美麗，這個季節，人少，酒店走廊拍攝很出片，樹影在陽光下的紅磚牆上光影很美，即悠閑又靜逸，安撫了我匆忙的心。床品舒適，睡的很好，有點趕，找機會再來吧，多住幾天，一次性浴缸套可以讓我安心使用，贊，下次來訂樓下帶院子的房間，體驗不同感覺。酒店服務貼心，是我受用又感動的地方，即山居是這趟旅程的增分項👍
