Hotel berhampiran Xiamen Ferry Terminal, Xiamen

Super recommend this hotel to those who are planning for Xiamen trip. The location of the hotel is strategic. Just a 2-3mins walk to ZhongShan street. The interior design of the hotel is as pretty as what you can see from the photos. Perfect colour scheme for the rooms and common areas. Excellent services from all the friendly staffs. Clean room and AI Xiao Wei in the room is always ready to help.

Nice hotel and surrounded many nice foods and nice milk tea outlets. The staff is friendly and the hotel room was very clean n nice design. Will definitely recommend to friends who visit to Xiamen.

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

Hotel location is perfect as it located a busy pedestrian Zhongsan road with lots of shops surround the hotel and easy to pick a breakfast near hotel. A bit issue for wheelchaired traveler as elevator access is not available without using security guard access so my mother almost fall when taking an escalator

酒店位置：非常好，去中山路就幾分鐘，對面還是幸福街網紅店，吃飽飯可以到對面CITYWALK。  對面的足球場是西虹市首富的足球場，拍照非常出品 酒店服務：非常貼心 ，進門打招呼，送茶水，工作人員都很熱情，酒店還有2台機器人送餐，點外賣好方便啊！ 十幾分鍾就到了 酒店客房：房間裝修非常新穎，很酷！有浴袍，體重器，茶具，小度，全屋智能控制 酒店早餐：衹能説 ！好吃！！ 沙茶麪比四里還好吃

Friendly, helpful staff clean rooms and a pleasure for a change to shower with decent water pressure and plenty hot water and be woken up by birds not traffic. Tailored to local taste but this is understandable considering I was one of maybe three Europeans I saw over the weekend.

During the honey snow trip, I chose the Hilton Xiamen City Plaza as my foothold. Here, I deeply feel the thoughtful service and thoughtful arrangement of the receptionist, which makes me full of gratitude and praise for this hotel. First of all, I want to praise the little lady at the front desk of the hotel. She is not only smiling, enthusiastic and thoughtful, but also shows meticulous care in details. Whether in check-in or answering my various questions, she has shown a high sense of professionalism and responsibility. This sincere service makes me feel warm, as if I were at home. Secondly, I was also impressed by the overall service of the hotel. From the cleanliness and brightness of the lobby to the comfort and warmth of the room, every link shows Hilton's high-quality standards. The enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff made me feel the warmth of home. Whether at breakfast time or when you go back to your room at night, you can see their busy figures and provide guests with meticulous services. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is located in the Huli Torch High-tech Development Zone in Xiamen City. It is very convenient to go to Xiamen Railway Station or Xiamen North Railway Station. And there are many well-known enterprises and scenic spots around, which provide great convenience for business travelers and tourists. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the check-in experience at the Hampton by Hilton Xiamen City Plaza. From considerate service, thoughtful arrangements to high-quality facilities, everything shows the quality of Hilton and the spirit of F.A.C.T. Once again, I thank this hotel for its excellent service and give it a full score. I sincerely recommend the Hampton by Hilton Xiamen City Plaza to all travelers. I have been here before and I love this hotel. They have a shuttle services from and to the airport for free and the room is clean and spacious👍🏼🤩 The beds are so soft and comfy❤️ I always stay in this hotel for layovers👍🏼 The staff couldn't speak English though but you can add the Hotel's wechat for easier communication. oh and the hallways are well ventilated with newly installed AC

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

For its price point, the hotel is very clean and the front desk girl seemed capable and knew what’s going on. She gave effective directions on how to hail cab and recommended good places to eat. The room had washing detergent and drying rack on the veranda if you would like to hand wash some pieces. Breakfast was simple but hearty. Conveniently located near Xiamen north station, the hotel provide transport service to the station if required. There is however no convenience store near the hotel. The nearest shopping mall requires a 5 mins taxi ride.
