The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

Anda memerlukan kad bilik untuk pergi ke lif, dan anda perlu mengimbas kad untuk memasuki gim dan kolam renang. Faktor keselamatan adalah tinggi. Buah-buahan alu-aluan dihantar ke pintu. Ia mengambil jarak tertentu untuk sampai ke bandar dengan teksi. Ia adalah hotel yang patut dikunjungi~bagus

Check in was quick and without a hassle. Room was located on the 17th floor. The room was clean, but there was a vague smell of cigarette smoke in the air, although we asked for a non-smoking room. Could be that people in other rooms were smoking. Breakfast is ok, but not a lot of choices, unfortunately.

帶女兒來廈門上鋼琴課，就在琴行附近找了這裏的公寓。選了尊享大床房，房間很寬敞，有兩張1.8米的大床，住3個人都沒有問題。配置很齊全，冰箱洗衣機都有。設施還很新，公寓是2023年開業的，隔音效果要比快捷酒店的好很多。旁邊還有天虹商場和灣悦城大型商業體，交通便利。老闆24小時在線，處理問題很及時，非常滿意的一次旅居。如有機會再來廈門，還會來這裏。

Ulasan buruk sama sekali! ! Saya mendaftar keluar pada pukul 2 petang, dan meja depan memaklumkan saya pada pukul 1 bahawa saya tidak dapat memanjangkan bilik saya. Apabila saya membuat tempahan, tiada sesiapa di kaunter penerimaan tetamu mengatakan bahawa pajakan tidak boleh diperbaharui. Jika tidak, saya akan bertukar ke hotel lain! Menginap selama 2 hari. Pada hari pertama, bilik extended tidak boleh diperbaharui. Saya menukar ke bilik double. Pada hari kedua, bilik double tidak boleh dipanjangkan lagi dan saya diminta untuk keluar! Ini adalah kali pertama saya mendengar perkataan [pembaharuan pajakan paksa]! Lebih daripada 200 bilik terus menjadi lebih daripada 500! ! Makanan untuk sarapan pagi pada asasnya sejuk... Selepas tinggal di Huazhuhui dan Jinjiang selama bertahun-tahun, ini adalah kali pertama perkara buruk itu berlaku! Saya membawa bagasi di bawah matahari pada waktu tengah hari...

屋子蠻大的，可以算是一室一廳一廚一衞了，除了不能做飯，其他的硬件軟件都是夠用的 投影很清晰，還有冰箱，還提供一次性的馬桶墊，一次性的浴巾和毛巾和礦泉水

I came here to participate at a fair in the exhibition center and meet with people. For these reasons it has a great location. Traffic jams are not crazy as at western coast of Xiamen. But stuff doesn't speak English. I was surprised, but it seems after COVID china didn't come back yet. Rooms are good, but a bit old-fashioned in a bad way. Everything was clean. Amenities didn't work at all. I booked it due to the pool, but it was on the repairs. Same with spa and

來住過幾次了，老闆非常周到很熱情，有問必答， 我問了不少問題，比如附近都有哪些吃喝玩樂的地 方，都會認真回答我，這點我向老闆表示由衷的敬意，這樣的好老闆可不多。不錯不錯，很滿意房間簡約大氣，也非常滿意！這家店信譽是相當地不錯。我用我的親身經歷告訴大家，掌櫃服務態度非常好。房間也非常不錯，老闆還幫我拿行李，感謝老闆凌晨免費接機服務，送個真誠的好評！雖然住了幾天但是根本玩不夠，很好玩誒，廈門夜晚的大海和白天很不一樣哦。謝謝老闆下次還來

Nice new hotel around 10 minutes drive (20rmb by taxi) from the airport. I just stayed here overnight, but the staff were friendly, room was clean, and I enjoyed the location - you are really in the middle of a local Chinese neighborhood, highly doubt you will see any other foreigners around, but that's cool - part of the fun. Literally hundreds of restaurants within a couple of hundred meters, supermarkets etc. The room itself was well furnished, had all the amenities you would ever need, and most importantly was spotlessly clean. A simple breakfast was included. For the price, you really can't go wrong - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
