Ulasan JI Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street Siming South Road)

Very good location in between the famous shopping street and metro station. Room is clean and no smoking stench.Wifi is fast. Hot shower pressure is strong. During winter time, the air conditioning only provides heat so it's good that the room windows can be opened for ventilation. Balcony seating is an added bonus if you can reserve these rooms.

During my family's November trip to Xiamen, we stayed at JI Hotel. From my experience, the hotel's front-end services were very good and helpful, despite them being busy. A special thanks to the receptionist who worked the night shift on November 11th and helped cancel the Quanzhou, Guangxi hotel booking, as I should have booked a hotel in Quanzhou, Fujian instead. The receptionist was professional, kind, and soft-spoken. Once again, I would like to express my great thanks to her. You are wonderful!

The aircon system was impossible to make sense of and the room was too hot.

The hotel room was clean and the location was great as it is near the shopping street. The front desk staff 小曾 is very polite and kind. She is always there when we ask for help and will go beyond by ensuring that the guests are comfortable.

Really great location with great food nearby… room however is not the best.

i have been to xiamen 7th times. this is the first time i stayed in ji hotel, after recommended by my friend in xiamen. shops are easily accessible and convenient within vicinity. wide selection of authentic local food are available for selection. many varieties in fact. hotel staff are friendly and helpful, their services are excellent. i was surprised to stay in this hotel as cleanliness are beyond expected level. ji hotel is definitely my choice for next trip to xiamen.

It’s an excellently located hotel. The design of the room is simple, comfortable and modern. However, a full length mirror is missing which is a major flaw I wish didn’t exist. The room I booked also didn’t have any windows that opened to natural air and ventilation. The window opened to outside the room within the building where artificial light was installed. It was a little strange. All else was great but I did wish that housekeeping would skip past my room when I hung the do-not-disturb sign. They somehow ignored it and decided to enter the room anyway which I was uncomfortable about. Front desk people were nice and polite. Would stay again.

Safe choice to a chain hotel. Location is good with shopping, food and sight-seeing experiences all at ease. Washing machines and dryers are powerful. Sofa requires deep cleaning as there’s odor. Overall, a good and happy stay. Thanks!

Great location everything close by ! Room is very clean and comfortable ! I must say all the stuff are so nice and helpful ! I even booked same hotel brand in Fuzhou .

Location is very good.just few minutes from mrt. Very accessible.cleanliness need to be improve ,the floor alot of dust.

Hotel location is excellent. Near many food places and shops. Hotel itself is just a huge level which looks like a maze. It may be useful to request for rooms nearer to the lift lobby if you do not wish to walk too far or travelling with elderly. There were a few JI hotels around the area and it was really confusing. I first went to the wrong JI hotel and realised a few other travellers experienced the same issue. It will be useful for the different branches to let tourists know how to differentiate the different branches to avoid groups of tourists getting lost with our luggages. Hotel front desk staff was friendly but paper cups could have been made readily available for hot drinks instead of having to request from front desk each time. They could also place more chairs at hotel lobby. 4 chairs can only sit two couples.
