NOA Hotel and Coffee was a great stay. Staff was very accommodating even being a foreigner. Make sure to use translation apps to assist in communication, the staff is always ready to help. WeChat has been very helpful to communicate with the front desk as well as request for room service via their Mini-Program.
Room is very clean, and feels less like a hotel and more like a condo (in a great way) and has high ceilings and easy-to-use facilities. Instructions are included in the room on how to request room service and also describes other amenities the hotel provides. The Laundry Room on the 4th floor is a great addition. The Cafe on the first floor has a nice variety of foods and drink, and is a great hangout spot at all times of the day.
Love this hotel and would come back again! Would recommend others to come here.

這次入住酒店體驗超棒！起初我訂錯了房型，前台工作人員不僅迅速幫忙解決，還耐心細緻地為我介紹補差價升級房型的事宜。整個過程溝通順暢，沒有任何推諉或不耐煩。一進入升級後的房間，我就被驚艷到了，房間明亮，床品柔軟舒適，睡起來格外愜意。房間的隔音效果也很棒，讓我能享受安靜的休息時光。酒店的環境優雅宜人，公共區域乾淨整潔，休閑區域的沙發、茶几擺放有序，營造出温馨舒適的氛圍。服務更是沒得説，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，前台就熱情地幫忙提行李，指引我辦理入住。在入住期間，無論提出什麼需求，工作人員都會第一時間響應並妥善解決。衞生方面也無可挑剔，房間一塵不染，衞生間沒有任何異味，毛巾、浴巾潔白乾凈。公共區域的垃圾桶也會及時清理，時刻保持整潔。
這次因為訂錯房型而補差價升級，卻意外收穫瞭如此優質的體驗，真心為這家酒店點贊！以後出行，這家酒店絕對是我的首選 。

位置超便利的，就在火車站，明發商業廣場，出門不管是逛街購物還是去景點遊玩都很方便，周邊吃飯的地方也特別多，對於像我這樣的外地人來説，可太省心了。
🛏️房間設施
一進房間就感覺特別舒服，佈置得很温馨，而且乾淨整潔得沒話説。床軟乎乎的，躺上去一天的疲憊都消散了，睡得可香了。衞生間裏洗漱用品一應俱全，熱水也出得特別快，水量還很大，洗澡超暢快的。房間裏電視、空調等各種設備也都很好用，沒有出現過啥故障呢。
💁♂️服務態度
酒店的工作人員那叫一個熱情周到呀！從辦理入住開始，前台的小姐姐就一直微笑服務，耐心解答我的各種問題，還主動給我介紹酒店的一些特色和周邊好玩的地方呢。在住的過程中，遇到客房服務的阿姨也總是客客氣氣的，打掃得又仔細又認真，有一次我不小心把房卡落在房間了，跟工作人員一説，馬上就幫忙解決了，效率超高的。
🍳餐飲美食
酒店的早餐也值得誇一誇，種類挺豐富的，有中式的包子、油條、粥，也有西式的麪包、蛋糕、咖啡啥的，味道都還不錯，每天早上吃得飽飽的，開啟活力滿滿的一天。
總之呀，這次在這家酒店的入住體驗方方面面都很棒，性價比也挺高的，下次來這邊玩肯定還會選擇住這兒的，強烈推薦給大家哦！

2)服務團隊陣容堅強:櫃檯跟警衛很和藹且熱心，房務人員很貼心，看我們自己買水，隔日便多給水，還替我們跟換兩種不同顏色的牙刷，以免拿錯。
此外，房間冷氣口下方設置掛衣架，方便曬乾換洗衣物，充分表現經營團隊處處為旅客設想的理念。
3)附近店家多，食物選擇多，完全不會吃膩。

房間好，早餐咖啡/玉米片不好！ 舉例. 1）第一天早餐發現罐裝的玉米片居然是沒有炸熟（炸僵了），半生不熟的，牙都咬不動，還以為我自己搞錯了！ 跟主廚男提出我的疑問，他沒有這方面的知識，不知道玉米片是不是熟了，解釋説這是總部統一配送的。也沒有説“顧客對不起”2）第二天一早7:05，玉米片沒有了，自動咖啡機邊冷櫃裏忘了放牛奶，我點擊拿鐵按鈕發現沒有牛奶出來，問服務員女，她説忘了放牛奶了，你可以用旁邊的熱牛奶壺！ 然後重新補上一盒牛奶在咖啡機邊冷櫃。居然沒有一句“顧客對不起” ，（第一天早餐咖啡機前也是混亂，發現機器缺咖啡豆，咖啡機前一羣人使用混亂，）- 沒想到歡朋的早餐西餐管理得這麼亂，這麼差！我特地拍了咖啡機沒有牛奶照片記錄！ 對不住這個新的希爾頓旗下品牌！早餐服務遠不如蘇州等其他地方我住過的歡朋酒店服務！價格卻貴了不少。如果你早餐是喜歡西餐/咖啡，我建議你6個月以後再去吧，估計餐廳（西餐）的服務水平到時候會正常了！

此間酒店就在台灣街上，環境，衞生，服務都挺好的！唯一有點影響美感的就是：電梯的速度有點龜速。由於是過年期間，附近店家都回家過年了，就沒有開，不過還好距離SM購物中心非常近，叫車5分鐘左右就到，步行也就在15分鐘左右就到了，非常的便利，特此推薦！分享✌✌✌

The hotel is close to Gaoqi International Airport and accessible within 15 mins by car. There is a station just outside the hotel and an underground shopping link with a huge supermarket in it. The hotel amenities are well-equipped but the breakfast is not very fascinating and quite pricey (not recommendable). For non-smokers, this hotel might not be desirable as all rooms at all floors allow smoking. I feedback about the smoky smell in the room and corridor to the front desk staff but they were helpless with the situation and could not help. The housekeeping staff was very polite and clean the room very thoroughly. The hotel has robot to help to deliver food and drinks to the room.

The location is not near SM City, as the name implied. Nevertheless, there are lots of food eateries nearby at local prices. The room is comfortable enough and reception service is good. They should have a doorman as some inconsiderate drivers park at main entrance and block everybody off. It happened twice in my 4 days stay there. I requested for a non-smoking room, it was located at level 2. But there is a big hall there with events and smokers are smoking there as there are ash trays provided. This should have been better managed as the smoke travel to the entire floor.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary laundry service. This thoughtful amenity made my trip even more convenient, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe without any hassle. It’s a fantastic perk, especially for travelers who are on the go or attending conferences.
Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, providing a delightful start to each day.
I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were practical and useful for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay.
Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (Meituan) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room.
Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me.
Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

PPengguna Tetamu18/12/24 -22/12/24, we stayed 4 nights at Swiss Grand hotel Xiamen, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices 👍, rooms are clean, housekeeping is great 😊, the only set back is the aircon system, not adjustable, very cold setting for winter weather, asked house keeper to adjust but failed, end up with additional heater in our room 😥😥😥otherwise it would be a perfectly good hotel to stay.

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was really nice, they provide a fan and mosquito repellent incense, because the AC in the room was very bad, it was so hot, and has lots of mosquitos. The carpet in the hallway was so thick that I almost couldn’t carry my suitcase. And the room and hallways wasn’t very clean. It was the cheapest room so I guess is what you get… the people were really nice though!

PPengguna TetamuFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff!
Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
