The service was excellent; our luggage was delivered to the room and the staff were very polite. They even gave us yogurt, which was a nice touch.

The room was clean and odorless, though a bit small. The facilities were a bit old, especially the shower, which didn't work well; the hot water was very unstable and could easily scald you. The hotel had good soundproofing, making it quiet, and its location was excellent, within walking distance of several night markets. The most commendable aspect was the service; everyone was very kind, attentive, and service-oriented. The front desk staff, the baggage service by Bai Wenxiang, and the housekeeping by Ma Yulian, among others, were all excellent.

The hotel is very clean and offers great value for money. I was surprised to get a room for around 200 during the National Day holiday. The best part is that all the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They even gave us a small gift when we checked in, and then two more when we checked out because it was Mid-Autumn Festival! I almost felt embarrassed by their generosity. I definitely highly recommend this place!

Located in the old town, about a 10-minute drive from the high-speed train station, with many restaurants nearby. It's also very close to the South Gate (Nan Guan). The location is convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is quite old, giving off a 90s vibe. However, it's clean and hygienic, the staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is good, offering halal options. My main issues are that the hotel facilities are too outdated – my iPhone couldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, and room service response was quite slow.

Our first stop on the Qinghai-Gansu loop. It's very close to Xia Nanguan Street, and actually, the street right next to the hotel is also great for exploring, with many locals shopping there. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but you can tell they put effort into the service and amenities. The concierge, Allen, proactively helped with luggage and showed us to the elevator, and Lisa at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. There are also a few mosques and a night market nearby that you can visit.

My bestie recommended this place, and I'm glad she did! From the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was incredibly friendly. There was even a staff member by the elevator who was super enthusiastic, warmly greeting and advising every guest getting into the lift. The surrounding area is lively; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're right in the middle of a bustling night market with tons of delicious food – roasted lamb, yogurt, all sorts of fruits, you name it. The hotel itself is conveniently located, clean, and safe. It's easy to get anywhere, and it's only 3 kilometers from the train station, so a taxi ride is just 10 yuan. What truly touched me was that during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave us beautiful silk scarves and a heartfelt handwritten card. They really put thought into it! Five stars, I highly recommend everyone to book this place with their eyes closed! (^_^)v

Centrally located in Xining's old town! This grand, local four-star hotel offers excellent service. Not only did they provide welcome yogurt, but they also thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. Most importantly, the breakfast was delicious! Two-thirds of the room rate felt justified just for the breakfast. If you stay here, you absolutely must try their breakfast for two! It truly lives up to its 'International Hotel' name!!

The overall facilities in the room are actually quite good, though it feels a bit old. The hygiene is excellent; it's very clean. The bed is just right, not too soft and not too hard, making it quite comfortable. You can also see parts of Xining's scenery from outside the room, which is really nice! 👍

Booked a family room. No Wi-Fi signal in the room. There was a used disposable toothbrush left by the previous guest in the bathroom laundry basket, and it stayed there for both nights of our stay. The shower ran out of hot water halfway through my shower, and then there was no water at all for the next person. I tried calling the front desk from the room phone for ten minutes, but it kept showing an error. Later, hotel staff explained that the phone system had been changed, but the new dialing instructions weren't displayed on the phone itself.

Convenient parking and excellent service from the hotel staff. It's very close to Mojia Street, within walking distance. There's also a delicious noodle shop downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient.

The hotel's location is great, not far from the night market and the mosque. The parking lot is also quite large, which is convenient for those traveling by car. The hotel offers a good variety of breakfast options, enough to fill you up. The only downside is that for a hotel that claims to be international, the TV still uses an analog signal, which is quite surprising.
