DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! This place is full of cockroaches, the staff is rude and unwelcoming and be careful with them as they are liars too! They won’t give your money back!!!! We have arrived in the hotel 1:30 in the afternoon and we had to leave by 7pm because of the cockroaches. You can’t really see them during the day but we went out for some food in the evening and when we got back to the hotel it was already dark. When we turned the lights on in the bedroom and bathroom and when we saw the amount of bugs all over the room we have immediately packed our bags. I’ve complained the person on the reception and he said that he can either give us a refund or the best room available in the hotel. We weren’t interested in staying with them as if there’s one family of cockroaches there will be more! He also said that they have spent over $50,000 on trying to get rid of the pests but nothing seems to be working. When the hotel manager arrived he informed us that this hotel has not got cockroaches and this is the first time he heard this complaint. Luckily I’ve already taken photos and videos and spoke to the hotel receptionist at that point who said about it being a massive problem. The pictures of the room is also very inaccurate, this place is run down, shower door hanging, dirty toilets and bedsheets, the room also smells horrible and you don’t really get a sea view, it’s only a tiny peak of the sea with a balcony that you can just step out to on your own as it’s so small. After almost a week of back and forth between trip.com and the hotel we got our money back but I know not everyone is this fortunate! Make sure your read the reviews also as we didn’t do this before booking in here.

The guy at the receiption not professional. There was a day trip from the hotel but didn't inform me. Didn't inform about the breakfast timing. His face like very sad. Complained about the stranger knocked to the door midnight but no action taken. This hotel not recommended.

Stayed here for a night with my friend before we headed to the resorts. The exterior of the hotel looked nice and modern, and the receptionists helped us with our luggage. Checked in was 2/3pm and we arrived early, had to come back in a while since the room wasnt ready but not a big issue. Located next to the beach, we could easily walk over to the beach and shops. One thing would be how there was no hot water and we had to shower with cold water. And had also encountered a small cockroach... But overall the room was spacious, could easily have our luggage lying openly and still had space to walk around, and had an outdoor balcony (but shared with your neighbor, so will be awkward if you happen to see your neighbor outside when you open your curtains).

Overall it was a great stay at three inn. Receptionists are very helpful. The only thing is we can’t go out after 12PM. Breakfast was included. The best way to book the room is trough Trip.com since you get discounts.

Hotel is good location as not far from the beach and restaurants. But if there is raining, cannot sleep as the sound very loudly.

The room was good and the bed quiet comfy. Only the breakfast didn't had choices. And only the same every day. Fried egg and toast with Butter & Marmelade, 3 slices of Apple and 2 pieces of Orange with Orange Juice and Coffee/tea.

很差勁,自説自話給我們安排在另外一棟樓,和圖片完全不一樣,和攜程協商也不能退差價,定的700的房間,安排入住的估計只有三四百的

感謝CTRIP攜程在辦理入住前的各種溝通 因為是我朋友先行入住,但在入住選擇酒店“機場接送”而選擇Three inn 。 入住前問題: 1)機場接送 是要額外收費30美金並非“免費” 2)早餐:要額外收費(訂單含早餐) 入住後問題: 1)已經和酒店溝通 我會隔天退房前付款但酒店卻對我朋友要求入住前要付費車費還產生銀行手續費。而且不是説好20美金而是30美金 2)隔天早早就説酒店安排客人退房而不是國際酒店12點退房。 所以不管酒店設施怎麼樣 在入住前發生這樣的事情,卻如何睡的安眠呢 心情怎麼會好呢? 現在各國都看好中國市場但不代表中國市場就那麼好宰

La pire expérience de ma vie,les chambres de cet hôtel sont pleins de cafards ! Nous avons choisis cet hôtel pour passer la nuit car nous avions notre vol retour le Lendemain matin, après avoir récupérer les clés de la chambre nous avons déposé nos bagages et ensuite nous sommes partis manger, à notre retour 1h après le checkin, nous avons trouver plus de 20 cafards partout dans la chambre( sur le lit sur les oreillers et même au dessus de nos valises 🤮). Nous sommes descendus voir l’accueil ils nous ont proposé de changer de chambre et même sujet, dès l’ouverture de la porte nous avons vu des cafards courir parterre et se sont cachés sous le lit. Quand nous avons demandé à avoir une chambre propre sans cafards ils nous ont tout simplement dit “On ne pas vous garantir une chambre sans cafards”. Du coup j’ai appelé Trip.com pour qu’il règle le sujet mais l’hôtel a refusé d’annuler ma réservation sous prétexte que j’avais dépassé 6h alors qu’il n’était passé meme pas 2h après le checkin et du coup j’ai du payer un autre hôtel pour passer la nuit à 90€.

服務差衞生差,位置也很遠 定了第二天早上的送機,錢也交了 早起下樓前台居然告訴我不着急,跟着半個小時後的那撥人一起走吧,完全不承認忘了訂,一直在講他很有經驗、晚半個小時走沒什麼的 最後在我的強烈要求下看了預訂單,後面那撥也沒有我們的名字,也就是等半個小時也坐不上車 最後讓他們幫忙叫了車走,價格貴了三倍,那邊價格都是打電話時候商量的,前台太有問題了。而且要求把前面的費用退回來也是幾經周折 入住的時候服務員也是冷個臉,拿行李的小哥,不給小費不走,就在屋裡站着

房間較小,五臟俱全,在海邊。風景不錯。感覺菜價小貴,我是一個大人帶一個孩子,吃的省,每頓60美元。 最讓我生氣的是,那個小矮個老闆,棕色,曾來過中國,推薦的旅遊景點,説不要任何其他費用,衹要我付130美元/人。結果樣樣收錢:潛水,游泳。 回來我抱怨,那傢伙很平靜。 算了,我也不是來吵架。認了。

酒店很乾凈,離沙灘很近,國內三星水準吧,選了包三份早餐的家庭房,早餐馬馬虎虎,單買還要30刀一份。一樓是個中餐廳,提供本地中餐。
