Staff was zealous in sharing the products sold in the lobby. Got a free room upgrade. Hotel room was extremely clean. There’s a free shuttle to airport and the transport left promptly. It was nice that there was a night market nearby that sold tasty food.

Service at counter & rendered by driver (Mr Zhang) is superb! Upon arrival at airport, I needed to call the hotel hotline for pickup. Clear instruction was provided by the receptionist. Within 5 minutes, a minibus with clearly marked ‘Kaifu Hotel’ arrived. Simple and good! Hotel is near the airport and reachable by 20mins walking in open driveway (reasonably ok with wheeled baggage). However hotel free shuttle service is highly advisable! One additional, Mr Zhang 张师傅 is excellent in voluntarily assisting on baggage handling & providing realtime advice on local transportation plus places of visit. Thank you 张师傅！

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and both were terrible experiences. The heating system does not shut off—the room turns into an oven, and the entire floor felt overheated. I couldn’t sleep at all and had to wake up several times during the night not knowing what to do. The thermostat doesn’t work, so there is no way to control the temperature. During my first stay, the room didn’t even have a window; they brought in an external AC and later moved me. On my second stay, the room had a window, but it didn’t help—the room stayed extremely hot. After two stays with the same issue, this is clearly a persistent problem. I will not be returning.

Ok for tourists coming here for a layover, here is what you need to know. Free pick up: when you arrive at arrivals, go up to the 4th floor (departures level), exit the airport and there will be big numbered boards. The pick up spot is number 5. From here, call the hotel (they use a translation app). You can catch some WiFi inside the airport so you'll have to call from inside or near the wall of the airport. The van says ”floral hotel” on it so it's easy to find. If you find someone on the plane who speaks mandarin and English you can get them to help you call and check the instructions. The place is nice and clean, a little run down. Staff were very helpful. I had to try every plug socket to find one that fit my universal adapter but I did find out eventually Food: you can download Alipay to pay for food, it's easy to use but you need internet for it to work. At around 6pm a night market opened up right outside the hotel, although I didn't try the food it looked good. Also when I left the hotel at 5am there was a street food vendor outside so you have an option if you leave before breakfast.

Driver was prompt in picking me up from the airport. The airport provides transport to and from the airport. Value for money. Room is spacious - I was given an upgrade. It also has intelligent service in the bathroom as well.

People come and go, that's life. But memories will last a lifetime❣️ ( I'm a solo Traveler from the Philippines) 📍 Xinzheng, Zhengzhou Shi Hang Hotel 世航酒店 Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌 What I didn't expect? 1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

飛機落地太晚，不想趕夜車回家，就在這裏臨時找了個地方住下休整，次日再回。 老闆超級靠譜，接機速度飛快，我下飛機打電話給他，我上了個廁所的功夫他就到機場了，而且就我一個客人，接上我立刻回去休息。 送機時也是就我一個客人，一下樓就開車帶我去。 這麼便宜的價格，那麼貼心的服務，簡直完美啊！ 房間衞生也可以，反正就住一晚上過渡，又不是來度假的，我要求也不高。 放幾張旅遊照片吧，太困了忘記拍房間了。

I went for the cheapest and most basic room, and it was very cheap! So whilst this review might seem negative here and there, it's merely a description of what I expected. Firstly, it was January and was unusually cold for Zhengzhou, having recently snowed and with sub-zero temperatures. So I expected the room to be cold, as heating isn't the norm in this part of China (as it is in the North). But the air con which one normally relies on, only blew cold air and for some reason wouldn't go above 17°C, so I turned it off. (pic) The room had windows, but was behind a facade and allowed in very little daylight. (pic is the daytime pic of the window without the room lights on). Instead of the Queen bed I expected, I had two very large singles, so I doubled up on the duvets and I was very warm whilst in bed. I found the small things annoying, like plastic slippers that hurt your feet (pic) that other people have worn; coat hangers in the bathroom but not even a nail in the door to hang your coat. I used a broken edge of the door to hang my coat(pic) . And two paper cups (no bottled water but the kettle worked well). And only one towel, albeit a large one. And the big gap all around door (pic) which let in smoking smells from other rooms, as well as the light from the hall. The pillows, and bedding were comfortable and clean. The hot water was hot (I didn't dare to shower because of the cold). The w/c functioned well, and although the beds were characteristically hard, I slept very well. There were better rooms free which they could have given me, but they chose to give me an inferior room, which I am reviewing. The TV worked but I couldn't get any channels on it. I've successfully used that type of TV before so I don't know what I was doing wrong. WiFi was good. The decor appeared 'grubby' but this is normal in China. Check-in was quick and OK. I booked a (free) lift to airport for the next morning, but when I turned up at the time agreed, there was nobody at reception, so I took the subway, which was adequate. I recommend it if you are on a budget. It was cheap. I'll try somewhere else next time. The location is great and there's an abundance of hotels in the area.

每個月都會到鄭州港區出差幾次，每次都住在萬錦酒店。出雙鶴湖地鐵站順着湖邊走很快就到了酒店，1樓前台接待的美女總是那麼和藹可親彬彬有禮，每次給我安排的客房都很滿意。 酒店環境好、配備的設施全、交通方便、乾淨衞生、服務超讚！！
