Hotel di Xinzheng Airport Area, Xinzheng

Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are really good. Very new Hygiene: Clean, tidy and comfortable. Environment: The environment is very good, life is convenient, there are many places to eat and play downstairs. The shopping mall is right next to it, and the transportation is convenient. Service: The service is very good. Great.

Very good, the service was very considerate and thoughtful, and the airport drop-off was well arranged (departing at 5 am). The room was very clean, odorless, and soundproof. The simple breakfast was also very good 👍

I chose this hotel near Zhengzhou Airport for a national competition business trip, and it exceeded my expectations! We stayed in a triple room, which was incredibly spacious – no cramped feeling at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing us to relax instantly and shake off the fatigue from our journey. Plus, the room was impeccably clean; the desk and floor were spotless, and the bathroom had no strange odors, which was reassuring in every detail. The most thoughtful service was the hotel's airport shuttle. After booking the time with the front desk in advance, the driver was perfectly punctual. The ride to the airport only took about ten minutes, so there was no rush at all. This was incredibly convenient for us traveling with luggage. The front desk staff were also exceptionally helpful and patient during check-in and when answering our questions. They provided all the information we needed and even proactively suggested nearby dining options. Additionally, the hotel surroundings were very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. In the morning, we enjoyed the hotel's breakfast; although the variety wasn't extensive, it was refined and delicious, perfect for a satisfying meal before catching our flight. Next time I'm at Zhengzhou Airport, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a triple room and wanting to stay close to the airport!

Good hotel near the airport for an overnight stay. Free 24-hour airport shuttle service. I didn't try breakfast because my flight was very early, but I was given a bag of provisions at reception before I checked out. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

You can feel the warmth of home as soon as you enter the room. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep and rejuvenating myself. The service at the hotel is also excellent, the staff are warm and attentive and always provide help in a timely manner. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, making me look forward to the morning every day. Most importantly, the hotel is very close to the airport, making traveling very convenient. In short, I am very satisfied with Zhengzhou Airport Xi'an Hotel in terms of location, facilities and services. It is an excellent choice for business trips or travels. I highly recommend it to friends who need to stay near the airport!

Awesome service in that we were picked up late at night as part of the free transfer service. Two employees met us at the airport and were very kind. On the way back, we also had a private shuttle. Great service indeed! Room was excellent but breakfast could have been better in terms of options.

Great value for money, not too far from the airport (although there’s not much nearby, but easy to move by taxi in Zhengzhou) and staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is very local but decent. Very clean
