Hotel Xuzhou dengan Kolam Renang

時隔多年再次入住了凱萊酒店，位置無敵，環境優美，雖然設施略顯陳舊，但保養非常到位。入住還幫助升級了房型並送了水果。早餐雖然簡單，但是該有的都有，還有徐州特色美食。酒店的服務也讓我感到賓至如歸，從辦理入住開始，工作人員小杜帶我一直到房間門口都展現了專業！

Great location and very peaceful. Check-in process was abysmal and of course, zero English spoken. The rooms were quite nice and the breakfast buffet had some vegan options (it would be nice to see more). It would have been nice to be able to adjust the room temperature as it was sweltering.

真的是超乎想象的一次體驗。僅僅是試探着備註了一下過生日，酒店提前佈置好了房間的生日裝扮，滿滿的氛圍感。還有管家提前加微信會給推薦徐州周邊好吃的好玩的。還有聯繫問什麼時間方便，酒店還給準備了蛋糕。感謝管家小丁，太愛了。還有贈送的旁邊樂園的門票，孩子進去玩了就不想出來。酒店旁邊就是雲龍湖，環境也非常好。房間裏還有免費提供耳塞眼罩繪本帳篷，真的是太讚了。下次來徐州還會定這裏的。

Hello everyone! We fell in love with this hotel! The service was awesome. They made us a free upgrade of our room. We had dinner in a restaurant, and the chef, seeing that our child took only a plate of soup, prepared a separate dish of European cuisine specially for each of us! It was very nice and delicious! And they made a discount for us. Thank the chief and the staff very much! The room was very clean. And there was everything there even the projector and humidifier. The only thing: there was no bottle opener. When we went out of the hotel I realised that I left some stuff in the room. The woman Qing from the front desk helped me. And thank everyone from this hotel: maids, pool workers, shop workers! You are very friendly and hospitable with your guests.

入住這家酒店非常滿意，前台的工作人員服務態度非常棒，需要什麼東西的話都會讓機器給我們送房間，乾淨整潔，衞生打掃的非常細節設施設備齊全，早餐種類很多，味道非常不錯，停車是免費的，不收我們費用，去市中心的話，坐地鐵也很方便。入住非常滿意，感謝Rebecca的熱情服務，五星好評。

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

My room was amazing. I wish the room was high up though. The buffet Christmas dinner was nice but the dinner on the 26th was not so nice. We had left over turkey, we could tell it was left over because we had taken pictures before they closed, & the same turkey was served for dinner the next day. Other than that, my stay was really good and the staff was very friendly.

非常滿意的一次度假，特別是房間的安排真是太完美了，可謂是無敵的湖景。這要感謝前台主管Estella的精心安排，知道我們夫妻是來度假，特地安排了非常完美的湖景房，太滿意了。Estella小姐姐人美心細，服務周到細緻。既細緻用心，又沒有過多的打擾。這服務專業又高級。特別給贊Estella。

酒店新開業不久，自駕來的徐州住在這裏進出城很方便不堵車，酒店免費地下停車場，進市區打車就好，市區景點都不好停車，房間很大，乾濕分離，雙床房的床很寬，早餐很豐盛，辣湯很好喝，酸奶是牛乳的和現扎黃瓜汁很好喝，酒廊歡樂時光的餐品也很好，很豐盛，果斷第二天續住，非常感謝前台Vera美女幫我協調續住房間，服務非常好，還給意外驚喜，由於節假日房源緊張沒有標間了還給升級了套房，房間太棒了，下次來徐州還回再次下榻。

I've stayed here several times already, and always get exactly what I need. The people are kind, speak English, and make life easy. There is a beautiful garden to walk around, some peacocks, and it is right by the best scenic area in xuzhou. Food is also amazing.
