Positives: The hotel is well located close to the beach. The swimming pool is clean and has nice amenities for children such as slides. It is next door to ”walking street” The air-conditioning works well and there is a place to dry clothes after swimming on a hidden balcony. Great water pressure in the shower. Negatives: The check-in and checkout process was dreary with it taking well over 1 hour to check in. There's also a 10 minute waiting time on checkout to get your deposit back. So it's best to checkout and go have a coffee and come back for thr money later. You cannot check-in before 13:00, but you have to checkout before 10:00, well earlier than many other resorts on the island. The breakfast was not worth it with little variety and long cues form for a single small coffee machine. It's better to just go to the coffeeshop next door. The beds are harder than most people would enjoy. The island is beautiful and I spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was worth the money and you can work around most of the negatives easily

Sarapan pagi agak sedap. Perkhidmatan 5 bintang Satu-satunya perkara yang mengejutkan saya ialah tilam keras di atas katil. Seolah-olah mereka sedang tidur di atas papan. Selebihnya baik-baik saja, pantai pertama, hijau. saya syorkan. Pantai memang terbaik :)

However, it's worth noting that the tropical climate might not suit everyone, particularly those wary of encountering local critters. Regrettably, the beds proved to be a minor discomfort, reminiscent of traditional Asian sleeping arrangements with their firm wooden plank mattress and concrete-like pillows. For some, this may pose a challenge to achieving a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, unfortunately nobody cleaned the room adequately, which was either laziness or lack of staff. Yet, the hotel's pièce de résistance undoubtedly lies in its pristine beachfront. With inviting lounges and well-maintained beach chairs, it offers the perfect spot to bask in the sun or explore the crystal-clear waters through snorkeling adventures. The breakfast buffet served each morning exceeded expectations, boasting an extensive array of delectable dishes spanning Thai, Chinese, and Western cuisines. The abundance of fresh fruits added a refreshing touch, ensuring a delightful start to each day. In conclusion, while the allure of the hotel's grounds, exceptional service, and picturesque beachfront are undeniable, the comfort of the beds leaves something to be desired. Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay with Sita! Hotel staff was really helpful with my two kids. The room we booked is up on the hill and inconvenient with kids. We have gone down to the reception to request for an upgrade of room to the one beside the beach and it was amazing. Will want to return again!

The room is clean and the resort is very near to the 7Eleven and Walking Streets, is very convenient. The reception is very friendly too.The only thing that need to improve is the Internet is slow in the room, u may need to online at the lobby for smooth internet.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you don't want seafront. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach if you want to watch the sunrise and five minutes away from Walking Street. The rooms are a generous size and cleaned every day. The place is clean and tidy and staff are always on hand to help with your every need. The pool is cleaned every morning and no restrictions on when you can use it is a plus for me, as I'm up at 6.00 a.m. and can swim for an hour before breakfast. The breakfast itself is simple but adequate - we went at low season so this maybe different at other times. To finish on a positive note there is a pick-up and drop-off service to from and to the ferry terminal - we called it our own Executive Transfer. Those who have experienced this will know what I mean! Thank you San Pita for a wonderful experience.

Kami menginap di hotel ini secara kebetulan kerana kami tidak sempat menaiki bot ke Koh Lipe. Kami terpaksa bermalam di La Ngu. Kami memilih hotel ini berdasarkan ulasan. Perkhidmatan ini menyenangkan. Kakitangan yang sangat baik dan membantu. Tetapi ada kelemahan: lokasi (tiada apa-apa yang berdekatan) tiada kedai dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Mereka mempunyai pengangkutan ke kedai atau kafe untuk 100 baht setiap perjalanan. Cerek di dalam bilik tidak berfungsi. Anda boleh bermalam sekali. Sarapan di dalam bilik adalah lazat. Restoran mereka tidak dibuka.

Destinasi tempatan kami ialah Koh Lipe, yang sangat mudah kerana hotel yang paling hampir dengan jeti. Persekitaran juga sangat baik. Di seberang jalan adalah tempat untuk makan, dan di sebelahnya adalah 7-11. sangat mudah.

Отличный отель! Лучший из всех, что останавливались в данном районе перед отправлением на Липе. Полагаю, он позиционируется именно как отель, чтобы передохнуть перед поездкой по островам национального природного парка. Дружелюбный персонал. Стильные и комфортные номера, удобная кровать, бесшумный кондиционер. Отличный завтрак по меню. Чудесный небольшой басейн. А напротив отеля через дорогу море. Да, отель несколько удален от пирса, нет магазинов в шаговой доступности. Но при этом напротив есть несколько кафе с видом на море (ужинали в Satun Sashimi, нам понравилось), массажный салон (не посещали), а справа в паре шагов можно попробовать локальные блюда (лапша, рис, супы) по очень приятным ценам. После выселения персонал отвез нас на пирс. Рекомендую отель!

The room was spacious and good enough for two people. With seaview it's so calming with wave sounds. It feels tranquil.

บรรยากาศความเป็นส่วนตัวดี เงียบสงบ อาหารเช้าดีรสชาติดี หลากหลายแต่โรแรมอยู่ลึกและเปลี่ยวจนต้องสั่งอาหารโรงแรมทานมื้อเย็น ราคาอาหารค่อนข้างสูงทุกอย่างแต่ใช่วัตถุดิบไม่สมราคาอาหารทั้งๆที่ด้านหลังติดกับท่าเรือประมง

The rooms are extremely well kept, clean with really good quality smooth bedsheets and great towels. Air-conditioner are well serviced and cold. The window sound insulation are a little poor so choose rooms further in premise if u are light sleeper. No access to beach from hotel. Parking available for about 5-6 vehicles for free.
