A beautiful ryokan that offers a respite from the crowds at the monkey pool. The service was flawless, the food was amazing and the onsen a highlight for my partner. I liked the snow-covered garden and the view of the mountains from my balcony. Be aware that the ryokan is family friendly so you may be eating your nine-course kaiseki to the sounds of screaming toddlers.

My husband and I spent one night here as part of our honeymoon, and it was such a memorable and unique experience. We took the local bus up and only had to walk a few minutes before reaching the place. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and quiet. We booked a private onsen and it was well worth every penny. We also added the dinner and breakfast package, and each of the meals were delicious. Such a special experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who has the opportunity. Also, make sure to try the local apples!

It was the best location for an overnight stay to view the snow monkeys. The lodging is very comfortable and the outdoor onsen was amazing. The meal plans are worth it.

This is a good hotel if you want to be close to the Winter Monkey Park and delicious apple pie by Enza Cafe.

We loved every minute of this hotel. The food was the best we had in Japan. The mountain views were stunning. I also loved the ryokan and indoor/outdoor onsen. Very old school, elegant, and grand hotel steps to Monkey Park. The hotel knows how to cater to westerners yet maintain a Japanese ryokan experience. We will return. Aloha

This is a truly comfortable and in fact elegant ryokan with all amenities desired. The staff is simply wonderful - nice, helpful with very good English language skills. The ryokan itself is very traditional in layout and style but very modern in amenities. Good location close to snow monkey park and Shiga Kogen skiing. All in all a wonderful experience

Small and cute place to be. Once you get to the train station or bus stop, give them a call and they will come pick you up. You can walk if you want, but it does go uphill a little bit if you have suitcase with you. Staff is really nice and accommodating. We did have one of our friends ending up pregnant on the trip after we had booked the trip and she was not able to eat many of the foods. They were really nice and worked with what she could eat and even gave her a little omamori (like a charm) for her healthy and safe pregnancy and birth. Would recommend to others. The individual onsen in each room is wonderful and if you want to have more people gather together, get the bigger rooms. Mt. Fuji is visible but understand that it depends on time of day and season. Due to the smaller space, there is only one area to gather downstairs, which is also where you check in. Not a big deal for us, but for those who wants like a whole area to walk around in the hotel, then may want to look at those bigger hotels.

仙壽閣在地獄野猿公園巴士站，往野猿公園方向走幾百米就到了。這是一家老牌的温泉酒店，日本天皇皇后王子王妃等都來這裏住過好幾次。酒店秉持了傳統的日式服務，辦理入住的時候，有一位工作人員會一路帶我們到房間，一邊介紹酒店的各個場室和用途，帶我們進房間後，又事無鉅細介紹房間的場室和用途。酒店可以一邊品茗一邊看外面的雪景，景觀超絕。在這裏坐上一天我都不膩。我們定的是一泊二食的套餐，晚餐前去泡了温泉，這裏的户外温泉風景奇美，泡暖泉裏，看蒼松負雪，水霧飄渺，恍惚仙境—仙壽閣一名是否緣於此？ 泡完温泉吃晚餐，到達餐廳，馬上有工作人員引路，我們倆人有專門的包間，還有一位工作人員Toshi 全程服務。酒店的晚餐是日式懷石料理，加上酒水和茶，一共有十道菜。吃完一道菜，Toshi會撤下來再傳新的菜，菜的原料都是當季限定，每個季節吃的菜都不同。她會詳細幫忙介紹每道菜的產地和吃法，貼心温暖。衹是她説的是日語，我衹能靠她少量的英語單詞和手勢理解每道菜的吃法。每道菜都非常精緻，但是由於樣式實在太多，最後還是吃得很撐！來日本四次，這還是第一次真正體驗了日本的懷石料理，真正大滿足！ 酒店的早餐有日式和西式，可以在辦理入住的時候做選擇，並且選擇吃飯的時間。 酒店的服務非常細緻，我在房間裏泡了兩次茶，他們鋪床的時候把茶具洗乾淨復原了，第二天收拾床鋪又復原了。而且第二天搞衞生，連鮮花都更換了，房間裏除了正常的設施，還有指甲鉗針線包等等你可能會用到的小物件。這些細節，讓顧客充滿暖意。我們呆在酒店都不想出門。 如果有機會，還想再去住一住，就哪裡也不去，純在酒店發呆。

Ein wunderbares Hotel in der Nähe des Schnee-Affenparks. Der Service ist einzigartig, die Zimmer fantastisch und riesig, das Essen ist wunderbar und der Onsen übertrifft alles, was man sich vorstellen kann.  wir haben nur für eine Übernachtung gebucht wegen des Besuches des Affenparks und waren sehr traurig, schon nach einem Tag abreißen zu müssen. Ich empfehle jedem einen längeren Aufenthalt!

感覺需要寫篇小作文才能配的上對酒店的服務、美景、美食的評價，首先服務非常熱情，第一印象就加分了，我們從長野過來湯田中車站已經快晚上6點了，打不到出租車了，因為沒有預約酒店接送，抱着試一試的想法打了酒店的電話問能不能接一下，酒店馬上同意來接我們，酒店前台的工作人員態度非常好，會給我們詳細介紹酒店和房間的設施和服務，路上碰到工作人員也會禮貌熱情的打招呼，餐廳的爺叔一直帶着笑容服務很周到，還會一些中文。其次是酒店的美食和美景，定食既精緻又好吃還能飽腹，拍照更是適合一生要出片的中國人，泡着温泉看着滿天的雪花飛舞，一天的特種兵行程帶來的疲勞都被治癒了，更多的感受就需要自己來住店體會啦，總之很推薦這個酒店，櫻花季還要再來，另外酒店離嗎嘍泡澡很近走路幾十米。

Отель старенький,но в хорошем состоянии.Рёкан с татами и футонами.Расположен удобно для посещения парка обезьян.Встречают на вокзале.Брали завтрак и ужин и не пожалели.Приятный и доброжелательный персонал.Свой онсэн.

房間兩人住的話比較寬敞，我們四人床鋪鋪開還是有點擠。衞生間設施比較陳舊。view很好，陽台可看雪山景色。包間吃得晚餐和早餐，晚餐不錯，早餐分日式西式，比較一般。公共浴池分室內室外，比較小，沒啥硫磺味，和長野市區的温泉差不多。服務很好，前台英文不錯，電話後去火車站接。

設施：房間裏90年代的設施稍顯陳舊 但公共區域還是維護得很好 衞生：沒的説 完美 環境：庭院很漂亮 浴室温泉晚上去一個人都沒有 服務：服務人員英文都不太好 但是服務是很到位的 入住的第二天早上醒來打開窗下大雪！太美
