設施：設施齊全，房間寬敞明亮 衞生：民宿裏算不錯的了嗯 環境：體驗當地生活文化，還是很有特別感受的，特別石板小路走上去，很喜歡這種感覺 服務：老闆老闆娘超級熱情，接送隨叫隨到，還主動問需不需要照相

小朋友一來到這裏就愛上了，強烈要求住下。房間是新裝修的，收拾的非常乾淨衞生。老闆人很實在，阿姨做的早餐也可口，加10元每人即可。總之，老闆一家人都非常的樸實善良，勤勞能幹。小院陝北氣氛濃厚，氣候涼爽，是避暑的好地方。下次有機會還會再來的。

Room basin is dirty with clogged water and other dirt when we checked in. 🤢 Bathroom sewage residual smell was strong. Other than that, the beds are comfortable. Room is large. Location is good because near many eateries and Wuyue shopping mall is 10minutes walk from hotel.

We decided on this hotel at the last minute due to the other positive reviews. We were not disappointed! The hotel is perfectly situated within pleasant walking distance to the memorial hall, Wangjiaping revolutionary site and the Yangjialing revolutionary site. It is well connected to major bus routes and is extremely convenient. The hotel its self feels modern and is tastefully designed. Our room was clean, and we really enjoyed the overly spacious Kang bed and the large shower. Facilities such as free washing equipment, umbrellas, ice creams, and cold teas on offer to guests were lovely touches and muchly appreciated for those on the road. I also really enjoyed the revolutionary decorations and art throughout the property. The staff were also extremely polite and attentive. As I am only just beginning to learn Chinese, sometimes it can be interesting to navigate the process with limited language abilities. However, we were relived to find that Crystal spoke excellent English and was able to help us with everything during our stay. In particular, she helped us get some dinner at a local restaurant, which ended up being a very memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for any foreign guests wanting to experience the history and significance of Yan'an.

As it is in Wanda plaza building, located in the heart of old Yan'an city, it is very convenient in terms of shopping and lunch/ dinner. The view from the room was excellent as we selected ”Qingliangshan” view room. The entrance and lobby of the hotel is located actually on the 2nd floor it was a bit effort to take our suits cases but it was not a big deal. We stayed there for a night. A nightmare happened around 10:00pm. There was a big noise like construction from somewhere when we wanted to sleep. I claimed to the hotel but the noise continues until 11:10pm as construction work was ongoing at the Wanda plaza within same building. It was insane the hotel allowed construction work after 9:00pm and even we complained the hotel was unable to stop it for more than an hour. It was extremely bad experience there.

酒店停車方便，有充電樁，房間整體乾淨衞生，沒有異味，早餐豐盛，重點誇一下前台小姐姐們，接待熱情主動，當我提出充電需求後主動聯繫充滿電的車主挪位置，並聯系附近酒店看有無空閑樁，以及幫忙主動拿行李，幫忙烘乾衣服等等不勝枚舉，各種細節可以看出來對工作的熱忱。很滿意很感動的一次入住體驗！ 設施：5⭐ 衞生：5⭐ 環境：5⭐ 服務：100⭐

延安zmax酒店真的超讚！地理位置絕佳，去哪兒都方便，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。前台小惠小姐姐又美又熱情服務特別好，辦理入住快得很，還會貼心介紹附近好玩的。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服得讓人躺下就不想起來，隔音效果也很好，晚上睡得超香。酒店配套的設施很齊全，健身房設備新，餐廳的早餐種類多味道棒，尤其是那個特色小吃，每次去都忍不住多吃幾口。服務更是沒話説，工作人員都超有耐心，有啥需求立馬響應。總之，在延安選這家酒店絕對不踩雷，下次來還住這兒！ 在這裏住的很滿意呢，很喜歡房間裏的投影儀，帶自助早餐很不錯，停車場也很方便，前台的小惠服務不錯，推薦入住~

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.
