Hotel berhampiran Zhangping Passenger Transport Terminal, Yan'an

酒店坐落在距離延安市區不遠的一處古村落，酒店是依山而建的，範圍很廣，獨立庭院式風格，辦理好入住後.我們坐着酒店的觀光車，沿着紅色的跑道一路上看到了許多風格各異，風景優美，佈置温馨的小院，也對我們所住的小院更加期待，一切的不安和忐一推開房門，就像進入了一個温馨的小世界。房間裏瀰漫著淡淡的榆木芳香，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。大床軟綿綿的，就像是被雲朵包圍着一樣，躺上去就不想起來了，聽酒店的服務人員説酒店床墊用的是乳膠的，非常符合人體工學，每次翻身都能感受到那種温柔的包裹感，簡直是太享受了！酒店的隔音效果也超級棒，關上門窗之後，外面的喧囂都與我無關，衹剩下我和這個寧靜的小空間。在這樣的環境下，我休息的很好，是這次延安行住的最舒適、最放鬆的一晚了！這家酒店真的給我留下了超級美好的回憶，每次想起都覺得明年應該帶上家人朋友承包一個小院來旅居一段時間。

房間整體整潔乾淨。無異味。環境不錯，鬧中取靜。服務非常棒！特別遇到一位客服，印象中是馮瑞先生🌹，小馮的服務態度很好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，服務能力非常突出，情商智商雙高，理解力好，責任心強，熱心腸，可以解決很多難題和雜事。在此謝謝。另外，中餐廳的衞生有待提升，去吃飯的時候，杯盤碟子等有“黑色”臟東西，可能是煙道灰塵，中餐廳的服務員服務態度一般，能力有限，責任心相對偏弱，考慮問題不深入，不主動，還需要旅客自己來張羅，是不太合適的。

設施齊備，應有盡有，前台各種便民設施小物品能夠滿足你的應急需求。 衞生整潔，床品質量安全，柔軟舒適親膚，房間乾淨舒適。 環境優雅，房屋隔音效果很好，可以睡個踏實安穩覺。 服務周到，早餐豐富營養，有陝北特色小吃，晚上有免費夜宵，前台小姐姐耐心解答所有問題，房屋整理大姐有求必應。 劉文西延安藝術館值得參觀。

訂酒店就跟拆盲盒一樣，這次拆到了“隱藏款”，入住後才體驗到這個酒店的服務、設施、環境等，非常不錯。 設施：配套設施都很新，衞浴乾濕分離，花灑幾種模式可以自己調，水温穩定、不會忽冷忽熱。有健身房，洗衣房配備烘乾機。酒店有停車場，停車方便。 環境：從大堂到房間都很乾凈，房間寬敞明亮，走廊鋪設地毯，減少人流走動的噪音，酒店本身不臨大街，非常安靜，對睡眠較錢的朋友很友好，房間的小度同學很聽話哦，😀 服務：前台知道我們是首次入住，加上在平台訂房價格稍高，主動給我們升級房型，離開的時候給我們一家人裝好瓶裝水送上車，不得不説真的很有誠意，以後有機會來延安會再次入住。

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

酒店位置特別好，距離寶塔區挺近，到夜市也非常方便。酒店的服務非常好，每一個問題都解釋的非常詳細，所有工作人員熱情周到。房間裏裏還準備了歡迎水果和酸奶，房間住着挺舒服，設備也都挺完善。入住的客人不僅有早餐，還貼心的準備的下午茶和暖心夜宵。總體不錯！

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

地理位置偏僻，紅街是人工仿古懷舊建築，酒店有蕭瑟之感。 優點：1.去嘉華用餐有接駁小電車，服務用心；2.酒店大堂主管用心服務，處理細節問題到位。 缺點：出現在硬件設備上，1.6066房間吹風機老舊異響嚴重，無法使用；2.房間隔音差，加之當晚（疑似7066）住店客人凌晨搬運房間裏的傢俱、各種噪音，無法正常休息，接近凌晨4點才安靜下來；3.房間衞生間內無換氣裝置，排風換氣功能無。

地理位置十分方便，走路幾分鐘就到火車站，周邊飲食挺多，房間很大，免費提供多瓶礦泉水，還送歡迎水果。來延安玩住這裏性價比挺高的。

Ended up staying in Ya’nan two more days and choose to stay at the Root Lots. Still a lovely hotel, yes, a touch bit out of the city center, the hotel is clean, wonderful staff, enough restaurants nearby too. Oh, and the price dramatically dropped for the these extra two days…half price!
