The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Although my stay was short, I was able to take advantage of the on-site dining options, and the food was delicious. Service level was excellent as usual during the stay.
Easy to move around from the hotel to most areas and to airport. Near to Golden Valley (not walking distance) where you could find a must try restaurant Rangoon Tea House.

I am business women and travelling most in Asian country I always look for Accor hotel , and Mercure Myanmar is my favorite hotel , because the design , the environment, excellent service all staff very friendly and helpful, the room so clean and have all you need big refrigeration with freezer component . I always get to hotel late this time the refig not so cool I ask staff at night time k they comes to check and they change right away at 10 pm , unlike other try to fix or ask for tomorrow ＜ I am really impress their service
the break fast is so good quality and many Chinses , Myanmar , Europe Japan , fresh juice and also have infusion water , I am really enjoy stay in Mercure Myanmar

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

Our stay in the Junior Suite was absolutely unforgettable, offering a stunning 180° view that left us in awe. The photos we took truly capture the beauty far better than words can. Breakfast was flawless, with a perfect blend of both Western and Eastern options—everything was just right. The location of the hotel is excellent - it's situated near the airport, and the rooms are cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities provided, including the comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and hot shower.
The hotel staff were friendly, professional and always ready to assist with any requests or queries I had. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were always available to help with luggage and transportation arrangements.
One thing I particularly liked about the hotel was the breakfast buffet - it was simple, and delicious
This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who are looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a convenient location near the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yangon.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for a night, I had the best experience ever. 1) I was early, reached at 0930. The hotel offered me early check in at no cost! I was shocked. Other hotels always charged even if the room is available. How generous! 2) From front desk to cashier, to restaurant and door man, everyone was all smiles and speaks good English. Genuine smiles and sincerity made me feel so welcome and at home 3) The restaurant staff was very attentive and he speaks good English too and was checking if I needed a coffee or an egg. It wasn't what he said but how he said it 4) The door man is a senior uncle..He is always greeting me with very warm smile. Last night I got back to the hotel at 8.30pn and now at 7am, he is on duty again! I must give him a tip when I depart. 5) The location is fantastic. Near to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum. There is also a yummy BBQ restaurant next door, Mr Cow. The room is decent and worth the price. If you don't need a 5-hotel, looking for budget friendly, don't mind it is a little old yet a great experience, come here. I am a very happy guest

The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We strongly recommend to stay at HOTEL BALMI whatever the reason in Yangon, Myanmar.

We came down to have breakfast buffet at 7:30 and one of their main dishes - chicken is not available anymore and they wont refill it . They should have enough for everyone and it was not line we went there very late. The closing time was 10 am and arriving at 7:30 not having main dishes to eat was not acceptable. Right after that I was going to shower and there was no hot water. I waited about an hour but just no hot water 🙃. So checked out without showering to start my day 😐

I will keep on coming & thanks for the perfect stay in Yangon . Location is very near by Chinatown & can enjoy a lot of street foods . Steam and sauna also can use at hotel . Thanks for all the staffs for the great hospitality. I will be back again .My favorite spot in Yangon 😍

PPengguna TetamuSmokers room and unable to sleep in room, called the reception they offered air freshener when I had booked a non-smoking room. Slept in hallway, got eaten by mosquitoes. Also on the 8th floor and no elevator. Not a restful room. Great location though.

Very nice location … I walking distance to the Inya Lake and the Myanmar plaza. Behind the hotel zone also have a lot of coffee shops, pubs and nice restaurants too …
