PPengguna TetamuThis is the only hotel I stay in when visiting Yangon, the staff are super friendly and the facilities are very well maintained. The spa is a must visit, the gym is small but more than enough for your needs, and the large pool is very clean. The breakfast buffet have many options, dimsum, local burmese dishes, and western dishes. They also have an out deck bar with a decent view. There is a mall right next door with more food options and a convenience store.

JJC SYHotel Room are nice and clean, however the elevator smells like someone was smoking. I booked for 2 person, however, during breakfast, I was approached to be inform that my companion is not registered and not entitled for the breakfast, eventually, front desk settled the issue.

IIsfp-Solo TravelerEverything was good👌👌👌😍💙…The only downside was that you might feel too lazy to go out or sightsee because the hotel room was very comfortable, and it was extremely hot outside😅 —- You could just stay in your room, enjoy the view, go for a swim, or have a spa day….
The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, and they even changed some of the dishes the next day. My favorite was the sauna—it was really good. I also loved the hot shower, as it didn’t turn cold even after being on for a long time😍
The massages were great, and the prices were reasonable…. The staff were very helpful and kind…. There were occasional power interruptions, but they only lasted a few seconds since the hotel’s backup power kicked in immediately…
+ Although it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, you can take a Grab—it’s affordable and the best option since it gets really hot during the day….

PPengguna TetamuIt looks like a brand new hotel but it doesn't even meet the standard of 3 stars hotel. Small flies are coming out of bathroom infinitely and the room had strange smell. The music noise from outside was terrible till 23:00. Breakfast is very cheap and same quality as student canteen food in the dormitory. Better to book good hotels near Inya Lake.

CCC TourWarning: Major language barriers and smoking issues at this new hotel
While this is a newly built hotel, I was shocked by the lack of English proficiency at a 5-star establishment in Yangon. The front desk staff spoke only Mandarin and Burnmese. Ironically, the IT technician was the only person who understood a bit of English, which was the only redeeming factor regarding communication.
Key issues for international travelers:
Language Barrier: Do not expect to use English with the reception; it is primarily a Mandarin-speaking environment.
Smoking Regulation: Despite ”No Smoking” signs in the lobby lounge, guests were smoking openly on the coffee tables. I also encountered guests smoking in the hallways and elevator lobbies on the guest floors. It felt as though I was in China rather than Myanmar.
Dining: The breakfast buffet is strictly Chinese-style. There were no Burmese food or drink options available at all.
Room Condition: My room had a persistent smell of smoke and was full of mosquitoes. This is likely because housekeeping leaves the doors wide open during cleaning.

MMakkiesThe check-in went real smooth and we enjoyed a good night sleep in the comfortable beds (2 queens) The walls are thin but the view we had was beautiful (room315)
The hotel is 15min. to the airport but quit far from the city centre. A taxi is easy to get. The staff is very helpfull and service is great. Only the breakfast is very basic. For this kind of hotel they could offer at least fresh bread and maybe more choice of egg. Because of our early flight, they prepared a breakfast to go for us.
Overall we had a good stay at Wyne hotel.

Из отеля удобно добираться во все места города. До аэропорта ехать на такси 30-40 минут, цена 23000 валюты Мьянмы. Очень хороший завтрак разнообразный и сытный.

MMMarkWas on a Business trip in Yangon, got this Hotel recommended.
Good Location on a central Street with Bars and Eateries. A big Supermarket is just across the Street.
The Hotel is in good shape, the staff friendly and eager to be of service.
At their roof-top facilities and from the windows one has a good view to the Shwedagon Pagoda in the distance.
Will go there again. Was a worthwhile stay.
