Clean room, sophisticated decor, convenient location. Hotel has proper laundry facilities and proper gym which are welcomed by travellers; we didn’t have the opportunities to use both. Special call out to front desk staff Jason, who provided us with excellent customer service. We appreciate your hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel. The breakfast can be improved

A real slice of peace and quiet in what is a small town but what can also be a very lively town. The hotel is perfect for exploring the river and nearby places such as yangshuo etc. very clean and quiet hotel with great staff. Recommend staying here for anyone exploring the river.

The information given by the front office about the rafting is incorrect which can lead to missed opportunity, luckily we asked the local people and they confirmed that we can go rafting. Front office can speak and understand little English other than that everything is good.

The hotel is very new and clean. Service is very friendly and professional. The gentleman at the front desk speaks English, which was very helpful considering we speak very little Chinese. Highly recommended!

Friendly reception. Hotel still not listed under Accor but free breakfast offered for second guest. Excellent location and modern in room amenities and intelligent equipment. Lift was briefly under service during both days of our stay.

Love the facilities of the hotel, they have a system similar as Siri so I can check the weather, switch on lights and close the curtains anytime. It’s only 5 mins walk to the old town and 15mins by taxi to Yangshuo train station. The breakfast has lots of varieties compare to the local hotel. I had good stay at the hotel.

very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, modern bathroom

location is good. room is good as well. the problem is too many smoker even non-smoking is requersted . elevator and first room I got have heavy smell of smoking. thanks front service desk takes quick action to check my room. no taxi calls service. it can be inproved I suggest. Thanks

我們帶着兩個孩子去，房間很大，雙人床也大概有1.35-1.5那麼大，有嬰兒床但是沒有嬰兒床的床褥有點奇怪，後來是拿了被子墊上。工作人員都很友善很幫忙。六樓的平台可以去看看落日，早餐有桂林米粉，種類也還挺多。旁邊的餐廳挺家常的可以試試。
