Zuo'an Hotel (Yulonghe Shili Gallery)

My family had a truely wonderful time staying this hotel during the mid-autumn holidays. They cantacted me the day before we arrived, and through the Wechat messanger, I was able to get the infromation what I needed - not just about the hotel, about the whole tirp to this city. The room was exactly same with the pictures shown on trip.com & included morning meal was taste great, the view from the room was magnificant- you can see the montains &river at once from the moment you wake up! If you look for quite, relaxing vacation this is the spot. I didn't have enough time to scheule whole tirp in advance, however, the hotel crew helped us to get the things done from booking the vehicle with drive to famous musical. They are very kind & generous , there are always some fruits available all day so that kids can have some snacks. I had the best time just sitting on the chair looking at the window. Just two things to keep in mind, the location is a little away from the main street where there are all the restaurants (about 20RBM to get there by DIDI) & because it is nearby a river , need to watch out for little insects come in when the door opened.

Great location,amazing views,good service but it was very Chinese breakfast,it’s good that we ask manager to bring us some fruits and he was nice to buy us some fruits.So in general,good place with amazing view.

Very nice hotel, clean and nice design. Quiet location and amazing view. The staff and the owner were fantastic! A big thanks to the owner who give us a better room that was available! We really enjoyed the stay and took many nice pictures! I would 100% recommend this hotel.

位子不錯。離遇龍竹筏很近。走2分鐘可以直接到遇龍江邊戲水游泳。酒店服務很好。住了三天基本都是根據酒店推薦的攻略玩

很棒的體驗～位置很好，酒店看的風景很贊，酒店的環境和服務也都很贊～早飯超好吃😋酒店的店員們每個都很貼心，會給很多忠告和提醒⏰還很貼心的給準備了很多水果～酒店的茶也很好喝～這次陽朔之旅最喜歡的就是在酒店躺屍的時光了～哈哈哈

The hotel was beautiful. The view was amazing. There are didis in the area so you can easily order a car to surrounding places. It’s quiet at night. The staff was super friendly and kind. They served us breakfast and coffee every morning. The day we left the didis were busy and they helped us order a car off of the APPs (we cannot speak Chinese). And they even paid the fair. If I returned to Yangshuo I would stay here again!

✅ Very beautiful and spacious room with a spectacular mountain view. Location is perfect. There is a western restaurant not far from the hotel, bamboo rafting and so on. The room was clean with a good smell. BUT ⛔️ 1) check in was postponed. We came at 14:00 being tired and hungry but had to wait for 30 minutes more 2) no western food at all. The breakfast was very poor and not tasty: An egg,a chinese style noodles,and a chinese rice soup. 3) the stuff was not friendly from the beginning giving you an attitude though disgraced you . The reception woman promised to drive us to the sights at the exact time and when we came they said they were not going to do that . And the next day it happened again when we asked to drive us to the town. So we lost much time Only the girl that served breakfast was nice there.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. They ensured I was very comfortable and recommended some good spots to eat as well as activities.

I think this hotel requires no praise ❤️🥰🔥
