酒店挺好，不會再住！來揚州好幾次了，每次都選擇揚州迎賓館，這次帶父母出遊，市區迎賓館沒有房了，看到運河三灣有個新的迎賓館，立馬就預訂了，可是進了酒店之後就各種不理想。 1. 酒店正餐：酒店衹有一個趣園在運營，剛好正逢假期，11:30就停止取號了，酒店沒有零點，不能外帶，沒有別的餐廳，包房必須6人，人均300起，對於人少且帶老年人的家庭非常不友好，雖然據理力爭後，總算給排上位子了，但體驗感很差； 2. 早餐：早餐用餐讓我感受到了古早國營酒店的感覺，位子靠搶，各種拼桌，沒有杯子，沒有服務，桌子自己擦，紙巾自己找，整一個臟亂差； 3. 住房：這次住的是loft家庭房，好的地方是有歡迎水果，每天也有酸奶，但明明住三個人，備品衹有雙人的，每天都要打電話到服務中心要毛巾，問了服務員為什麼，回答稱，酒店規定。不管住多少人，都衹給兩人份毛巾，不夠打電話，不僅如此送來的毛巾還有黑色臟物，不知道毛巾到底是放了多少天的了；房間取電控制不合理，樓上樓下開關聯動，也就是樓下關了燈樓上也得關燈，任何一個房間想要開燈，那是不可能的！那請問去，我還要兩個房間幹嘛？！同時，樓上卧室的電視機是沒有會員的，想看電視必須到樓下，我不知道這是酒店疏忽還是為了省錢 但以上種種實在達不到一家所謂5星酒店的及格線
