The location was amazing and the staff were very warm and friendly and helpful. However we noticed that one of the beds was not made up on the second day of our stay so it was a little unusual. Really enjoyed the scenery and the hanfu wearing though

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

Good experience overall. Location is just besides the main attraction, 3 min walk to the entrance. The service staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk 小郭 and team provided us good suggestions for nearby sight seeing and hotel activities.

This hotel was the best in every aspect I've ever visited. Especially the service provided by Li Yue was incomparable to any other hotel. I will definitely visit again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

非常美好的一次住宿體驗。環境緊扣隱居兩個字，處處體現出優雅和靜謐的氣氛。對面就是瘦西湖景區，盆景博物館遙遙相望。雖然説是隆冬季節，免不了蕭瑟的氛圍，但是梅花不小心吐露的花苞，柳樹光禿禿的搖曳的枝條，無不在提示這裏的春天會有多美。晚上體驗了私湯入户的温泉，一點都不冷，一家人泡到出汗，過癮！早上迎着毛毛細雨在園中散步，心裏想的是，文人騷客就是在這種環境中，才能文思泉湧，才情迸發吧！希望能有機會再次入住

春節期間選擇了這家酒店，超出了我的期望值，入住時免費升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔設施齊全，有一個很大的泡温泉池，酒店環境優美，瘦西湖一河之隔。前台接待和打掃衞生的阿姨都很親切客氣，前台小姐姐還幫我們把行李送進房間，在這裏住了三晚全家老小都很滿意。

多年未到揚州遊玩，近期隱居有客房套餐蠻實惠的，酒店活動也挺豐都的，我和老爸都玩的盡興，休息的很好，酒店的早餐品種挺豐富，還有可愛的貓貓陪吃喝，哈哈哈哈。酒店前天服務響應很迅速。總之不錯不錯。酒店漢服拍攝也很贊哦，真心評價不是託，小哥抓拍的表情和眼神都很到位，不是那種硬要讓我凹造型的拍攝，隨意不經意間留下le美好👌🏻

酒店的最大優勢就是環境，人少安靜，景色優美。入户温泉也不錯，泡池夠大，泡完很舒服。酒店的停車場也很寬敞，小鵬超充速度快價格也合理。服務員基本上能做到主動招呼面帶笑容。 但除了這些，其他的就乏善可陳了，房間面積小，衞生狀況一般，布草不夠專業，早餐菜品和味道都很一般，建議不用吃了，步行10分鐘就能到香園茶社和揚州宴。

一直想來揚州，以往總被人潮勸退。這次選了冬天的一個週末，説來就來了。訂的酒店出乎意料的好，前台小姐姐服務態度超棒，看我們帶孩子，給我們升級了主樓的房間，這樣一來吃飯就很方便了。酒店附近風景也很美，可以眺望到大明寺。白天在外面逛，累了晚上回到酒店，配上我買的酸奶美美的泡個澡，好不愜意。非常愉快的一次旅行 下次有機會再來。
