特別好的酒店，今年上半年開業的，工作人員們都非常熱心，耐心。是這些年體驗過的住宿服務最好的酒店了。酒店很乾凈，設計也挺有特色，一家人在大廳或者餐廳吃個外賣也很方便。位置很好，旁邊是大商場，超市，樓下是餐館，走去海邊10分鐘，離“蓬萊閣”，“八仙過海”，“三仙山”都很近，非常便利。天氣熱，前台的小哥熱心的送我們去景點，告知我們注意事項，還可以在前台預訂優惠門票。對第一次來煙台的全家人來説，體會到了煙台人民的熱情！非要挑個不足的話，就是早餐有點簡陋了，男同胞們有點吃不飽哈哈哈哈

一次非常滿意的入住體驗，完全出乎意料之外。交通便利，門前很大的免費停車場，前台主動迎接，房間免費升級還按我的需求進行了調整，房間很大，床亦很大，房間有贈送的果盤，智能馬桶，洗澡用品一應俱全，全部自己的品牌，品質很好。礦泉水隨意取用，房間贈飲小罐茶和咖啡，都是自己品牌，連杯蓋和杯墊等細節都做得很好。早餐不錯，品種豐富，晚上償試了2人套餐，價格便宜極超值，我額外點多了一個青菜，結果免費送了。退房還贈了小禮品。設施、衞生、環境、服務一流，還有康體設施。大堂還有免費的自助下午茶。真的很超值！
